Victoria Justice is Lovin’ It!
Victoria Justice keeps it casual and cute at the Camp Ronald McDonald 16th Annual Family Halloween Carnival held at Universal Studios in Universal City, Calif. on Sunday.
The 15-year-old former Zoey 101 actress was joined (yes, again) by Journey to the Center of the Earth star Josh Hutcherson. The pair was at the recent Guitar Hero launch in West Hollywood on Saturday and went to the Power of Youth event earlier in the month.

Why is she not a celebrity? She was an important co-star in Zoey 101. She’s getting her own Nickelodeon show. She’s got a couple other roles in movies/shows.
I would define a celebrity as someone outside of the Disney and Nickelodeon realm. Angelina Jolie, Gwyneth Paltrow, Tom Cruise, etc. All of those kids will be nobodys in 10 years; but the people I listed above will be around for a long time yet.
