Check out the new Hilary Duff “Reach Out” music video, which premiered exclusively on MySpace Music. It was directed by Philip Andelman on September 13–14, 2008 in Los Angeles. Hil does some funny thumb-sucking in the vid!
“Reach Out” featuring rapper The Prophet is the first single off Hilary’s compilation album titled Best of Hilary Duff due to hit stores shelves on November 11. The song was produced by Ryan Tedder (of OneRepublic).

Hot!!! The video is different from what I imagined it to be, but it was done in excellent taste. It was done with class, it was edgy yet not ******. I don’t get why people were saying she was trying to hard to be sexy, it’s not like she was scantily clad or having sex with a guy.
