Hilary Duff - “Reach Out” Music Video

Check out the new Hilary Duff “Reach Out” music video, which premiered exclusively on MySpace Music. It was directed by Philip Andelman on September 13–14, 2008 in Los Angeles. Hil does some funny thumb-sucking in the vid!

“Reach Out” featuring rapper The Prophet is the first single off Hilary’s compilation album titled Best of Hilary Duff due to hit stores shelves on November 11. The song was produced by Ryan Tedder (of OneRepublic).

I’m a Hilary fan but this is just too forced - the song and the video. She’s trying to be sexy when she already naturally is. And it just makes this awkward for her. This song is the most unoriginal thing ever…not to mention the beat is hardly exciting.
Sorry. This is crap.
Hilary can do waaaaaay better! Like ‘Fly’ and ‘Stranger’. Those songs put this to shame.

Well she is an adult so why shouldnt she have a sexy video and a more mature sound and look. Id be more concerned if she were still trying to be a teeny bopper at her age. She looks hot and I love the song. I dont know the original though, will have to see if I can find it.

I’m huge fan of Hilary and I hate this video! I love this song, but old style was better for her. She’s trying to be hot and sexy. She has said that she don’t wannabe anymore that good girl.
But I can’t stand this new style. She’s awesome girl, awesome song but this is HORRIBLE video!

Hmmmm seem’s like she took a perfectly good Depeche Mode song (Personal Jesus) and chewed it up and crapped it out of her ****… if i was martin gore / dave gahan i’d be really upset someone has urinated on a DM classic…
it’s people like this that ruin perfectly good songs…

i’d have preferred if Bear in the big blue house had covered PJ, it would have been more credible (and sounded more hardcore / decent)
