Sophia Bush is Dating James Lafferty!!!
One Tree Hill actress Sophia Bush has ex-husband (and costar) Chad Michael Murray to thank for spilling the beans.
In an interview with CW Channel 11 News, Chad talked about his divorce with Sophia and her current relationship with another costar of theirs, James Lafferty.
Chad shared, “[Sophia and I] both professional and mature enough to get through it. Now, it’s just easy. She’s got James, and James and I are friends. It’s just a little tight group in Wilmington (North Carolina).”
Don’t you love how the news totally goes over the newscaster’s head? Hah.

It’s not a big surprise if you live in Wilmington although most of their friends didn’t know about the relationship being official so they were definitely trying to keep things underwraps. Chad knew exactly what he was doing when he said it. I don’t think he’s jealous and honestly he should be paying a little bit more attention to himself and all the lies he tells “his girl.”
As for the cast, they are actually a lot closer than most people think. Joy and Sophia are good friends and no, I’m not kidding and yes, I’ve seen it with my own eyes.
This won’t last. It’s a phase for both of them. They’ll get bored in a bit and that will be that.
in a couple of years Chad, James, Stephen, Jon and Austin will get together and talk about who banged her more.
This is simply awesome news!!!
I love Sophia and I am happy for her. A strong young woman who held her head high through an incredible humiliating situation, kept her job and went to to improve her career.
Btw, I think it is written in James’ eyes the brief scenes he has with Brooke in OTH his eyes simply light up. You can see the love!!
Bad Chad… hehe… he was trying to say “See after all I am the good mature guy here!” No matter what he says, deep inside it bothers him even if not a little bit… it’s a human characteristic… he probably moved on but initiallu it did bother him LOL…

yeah i seriously feel sorry for his “girl”, he keep telling her lies about them getting married, when in fact chad has no plans what so ever on marrying her…in fact chad and kenzie have broken up a several times and they are THIS CLOSE on breaking up for good now..the talk about the wedding is just crap…he was just caught of guard and didnt know what to say, so he said he wanted to have a lowkey wedding!

sophia and chad are indeed good friends, they laugh and have fun together. its awkward on set but not very much, cause everyone on set knows that what james and sophia have isnt “true”. It is as someone mentioned just a phase and they will end it soon. They are however very good friends!
James is the sweetest guy. He loves Sophia have no doubt. This will be another strike against Chad for sure. Chad can’t rise about his own pettiness. At last year’s halloween party at his house/Chad’s house/ he hit in Paul J’s girlfriend. Chad has few friends on the set except the ones he pays and his little blonde tweenie.

they might last longer then you think. alot of people thought chad was going to move on from kenzie but they’ve been together more then couple of years. and now that its pretty much confirmed that they are dating, i think its safe to say that they probably have been together all these times when the rumors started. so i doubt they’ll be breaking up anytime soon. anywho, they look soooooooo cute together<3

I am so, so disappointed. I remember all the comments noting that Sophia and James were dating, and how her hardcore fans would just scream they were only friends. This is reminiscent of the Claymates who would go berserk when anyone would hint that Clay Aiken was anything but straight. Well it’s true - Chad outed them. You really have to question Sophia’s judgement when all she seems to do is bounce from co-star to co-star - Chad, Jon, Austin, now James. I shudder to think about life on the set of OTH. How do Chad, James and Austin look at each other, knowing that Sophia has slept with the other two. Ugh.
