“Officer” Heidi Montag apprehends “prisoner” Spencer Pratt in another hilarious photo shoot in Beverly Hills, Calif., on Thursday night.
Where was Spencer trying to escape to or from???
The Hills couple was in good spirits with Heidi playfully chasing Spencer down and even detaining him “behind bars” before heading off to a Halloween party.

ha! I am all for someone getting their 15 minutes of fame.. but, I have a feeling that the Hills is on its last leg and these two will just fade into the scenary. Although you cant blame them for trying to get all they can $$$ before that happens. Once the Hills is gone there really is nothing left for Heidi and Spencer as far as getting attention or making money. I am sure Spencer’s parents like that he is earning his own money about now.
