Go Sox, a shout out to you. Got to see HSM properly a 2nd time around. Vanessa’s smiles just lit up the screen. Had tears in my eyes all over again when Gabriella had to tell Troy she was not coming back for prom. Everyone’s acting was so much better this time. There were so many moments between Troy and Gabriella where you can tell there was no acting but genuine feelings and emotions on their faces and gestures. The 2nd time was definitely better. I got less carried away in the excitement of it all. Besides Vanessa, Zac and Ashley, Lucas impressed me the most. Actually I think he is the most talented of the lot.
Ditto to all that you said, Boji!! I really enjoyed it the second time….you see different things you may have missed the first time!!

I’ve wondered also why Ashley is suddenly talking about Zac and Vanessa’s relationship? She never used to comment on it.
I know some fans like it but I find the gushing unnecessary and I’m suspicious of the motive.
If they say they want to be known for their work and not their relationship then I think their friends should respect that in speaking to the press. That is real respect.
Maybe I’m making something out of nothing but when I see all the teen drama with the disney girls and Jonas brothers taking up public space with their relationships and break-ups, my first thought is to thank God for Zac and Vanessa and the way they try to keep their relationship just between them and away from the media and I don’t want well-meaning co-stars to cheapen the relationship for them by always gushing to the media about it.
I really hope she stops doing that. She can talk about her album or her boyfriend or her other friends but quit bringing up Zac and Van’s relationship in every interview. It’s their private life.

In all fairness to Ashley she has spoken about Zac and Vanessa before— not a lot or in great depth—but this isn’t the first time. I know there is a pos on JJ somewhere several months ago where she talked about them and there is a video from the very first HSM BTS on YouTube somewhere—I saw it again the other night but I can’t remember where—-that she was speaking just the same about how cute it was to watch them. So, really it isn’t like she just suddenly started doing it. Also, she pretty much says the same thing about them and it doesn’t give out any private info that would make them feel like she betrayed their friendship. Even on the red carpet in LA for HSM3 someone asked her about Zac’s upcoming birthday and she say something about how she couldn’t say anything more than what she had already said because Vanessa would get mad at her. Then everyone jumped on her saying things like “Then it is true Vanessa is planning a party for Zac?”

Well, it is good to know that Zac and Vanessa have had some time off from being seen together by the papz. They do need a break. Unfortunately, they did catch up with Vanessa and her mom a few days ago. Smart girl, keep mum and stay boring.
