Audrey Hepburn?! HaHaHaHaHa!! HeeHeeHee. Okay, I’m almost done laughing. No, wait. I feel another wave coming…HaHaHaHa! So ridiculous!! Audrey never wore 4 inch gladiator sandals. She rarely wore heels at all. She popularized flats. Audrey wore chic clothes, but you only noticed Audrey. With Audrey, you only noticed her class. With Holmes, you only notice how awkward she looks.

She is beautiful and talented. I saw her play and Im happy to see her live which was amazing. I also saw the actress from Gilmore girls,the ex hubby of Jen Garner and the mom of Gwen Paltrow.

Its not my favorite outfit from her closet but she is Katie Holmes and nothing short of chic and adorable. Hope to see more of her,her baby and hot hubby. Im proud of the direction her career is taking off.

She is a cutiepie and a sweetiepie. When is her play over? I like her to get back making movies already. Im a bit bitter because she’s a good actress but I cant enjoy her work when I cant see her play.

She was also a delight on Eli Stone(saw it on the ABC site).

Really don’t care about her.
There are way too many no talent, wannabe aspiring actresses running around.
Katie won’t be the first, nor the last.
So long as they don’t subject the minor to the paps and the elements.

As for her experiment today…
I really don’t think leggings are for Katie Homely.
Neither are the skinny tight jeans.
Her tree trunk thighs are the problem.
Have a look at a little bit under her skirt, how expanded those leggings are, to the extent so thin….I first thought she was wearing another pair of running stockings.
Then when I look at her shoes…Oh.
You can see the leggings are supposed to be that thick and dark.
Katie should hide her thunder thighs.

Final thought, leggings and hooker shoes, they really don’t go.

Katie should try some Pilates or yoga.
Her posture gets worse and worse.
Slouching over a pair of 4 inches? bending the knees while walking?
Even over the short short distance from the apartment door to the SUV?

Regarding Katie’s style or lack of:
First off, she is not Jackie O. And never will be.
Secondly, she is not Audrey Hepburn. And never will be.
Thirdly, she is not Kate Moss. And never will be.

Katie looks like a mess. The clothes are wearing her and look bad because she can’t carry the look off. Neither Jackie O nor Audrey Hepburn would have been caught dead in this disaster. Kate Moss if she decided to wear this bland ensemble would be wearing it like she owned it, not like it owned her.

This is a total fashion mess. Nothing goes together. It is almost as tho Katie looks in the mirror each morning and asks how dreadful an outfit can put together today so I can look a hot mess. Alas, she doesn’t look hot, she looks a mess.

She has large thighs and calves for a movie “star” and shouldn’t be wearing things that cling to them. It only serves to emphasize the chunkiness. Gladiator shoes may be all the rage now, but they do nothing for her except emphasize her pigeon toed walk and her large feet with their unattractive toes. The sweater looks like a Walmart sale rack item. The blouse, again like leggings emphasizes her middle which is larger than most movie types. A little tailoring would help take the attention away from her thick hips.

First off, there is nothing wrong with her body. It is fine, it is the clothes she chooses. They emphasize areas that are weak points in her physique.

If she really wanted to set the fashion world on fire, then she should be an original, not a follower–and she follows so badly. Lindsay Lohan Leggings, Gladiator shoes. A skirt that is too tight. Pairing a cheap looking sweater with a blouse that should be tailored. And all of this in black, white and gray. Katie’s coloring is made for bold colors. If you think back to red carpet appearances, her most memorable are the ones where she wore bold colors: royal blue, orange etc.

Katie is 29, almost 30. Why is following teen styles?

Basically Jackie, Audrey, and Kate would have their heads down the ‘loo heaving before they would wear this outfit. They knew what looked good on them and wore it, bucking the current trends and setting style.

Katie should do the same.

Just as a remark to your comment, I didn’t say she was Kate Moss. I just said people are ready to applaud this look on somebody else. Or, at least, to be indifferent to it. Kate Holmes, on the other hand, is subjected to previous judgement. That’s all.

Well, I think if Jared hadn’t posted the pics on the blog no one would take notice because she looks so bland.
I truly don’t think most people would applaud this look on anyone. And I don’t think that is biased.
Look at her. She looks a mess because the pieces don’t work together and some of them don’t work on her body. She has long legs that are not a model’s legs. There are ways to dress them that they would look fabulous and look as though they were a model’s legs. But she doesn’t do it. Instead she wears tight fitting leggings that show off every flaw.
Do you honestly think she looks good in the blah palettes she chooses? Couldn’t you see her in a vibrant royal blue that fits her body style? And if she is going to wear this outfit, then add some color, nix the gladiator shoes and go with flats or kitten heels. Don’t wear such a tight skirt-which shows off your ‘thunder thighs.”
And she doesn’t really have thunder thighs or thick calves compared with most of the population. BUT when compared to her fellow actresses, models, etc. AND knowing the camera adds ten lbs. Why do this to yourself?
That’s all I’m saying. She is tall, slender, and pretty. But she hunches over which leads one to believe she lacks confidence. She wears clothes that don’t flatter her. She wears colors that don’t flatter her.
She could be a total knock out, but instead she allows trends and clothes to wear her. Just not a pretty site in my humble opinion. You, of course, are entitled to yours (and I mean that sincerely and not sarcastically). It’s just I don’t get why someone who has so much going for them dresses so drably and so uninspired. Why she follows a mish mash of trends and doesn’t set them. Why she doesn’t walk with her shoulders back, a sparkle in her eyes and strut like she owns the street. Instead she looks beaten down!
