Brad Pitt is Benjamin Button
A motorcycle-riding Cate Blanchett holds onto costar Brad Pitt in this new still from their upcoming movie, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. (They both look so gorgeous in the rehearsal shot below!)
Benjamin Button, out Christmas Day, is about a man who ages in reverse. As he grows younger, his love (Blanchett) grows older. Here’s a snippet from the NYT article:
Benjamin, as he says in his voice-over narration, “was born under unusual circumstances” on Nov. 11, 1918, the last day of World War I. As the doctor attending him describes the strange little creature, “He has all the deterioration, the infirmities, not of a newborn, but of a man well in his 80s on the way to his grave.”

PT, I was wondering the same thing. These b**ches are so hypocritical.
I read the story on the UK link you gave earlier, and their “insider report” that Brad’s parents are upset with Angie for the W cover picture, and ask myself, who the hell writes these stories? Isn’t Brad the photographer for these pictures, so why, according to the “insider”, are the parents “mad’ at only Angie? And they wonder why X is hated more and more, because we all know that its because of her phoniness why Angie is still being persecuted all these years later.
This fraud house of cards will come falling down sooner than later, and I can’t wait.

The initial report about Brad’s parents came from Star…and for that reason alone legitimate websites shouldn’t have bothered repeating it! LOL. I’m amazed at the number of gossip sites that repeat the stuff in the tabloids even though they KNOW for fact that 99.99% of it is made up. As someone else pointed out - the dumbest thing about the Star story is that Brad’s parents were in France when the photos were taken! Okay…that’s the second dumbest part - the dumbest part is that the Star wants us to believe that Brad’s parents would tell anyone outside their immediate family, whom they can trust not to talk, that they were upset with Brad/Angie over the photos. The Pitts are NOT people who put their business in the street and THAT is what annoys me about what the Star does repeatedly. They’re dragging innocent bystanders into their lies and turning THEM into tabloid fodder. Making up stories about Brad & Angie fighting, getting married, etc? Fine - but leave their kids and non-famous family out of it. I hope Brad sics his lawyers on the folks at Star again.

I doubt Brad will waste his time on this garbage. I mean, really! If he & Angie sued over EVERY CRAP STORY written about them in EVERY MAG & TABLOID they’d have to take up PERMANENT RESIDENCY in Court Houses around the world. Hell! They’d never be able to leave.
No. As Angie said - She doesn’t read crap or let it affect her; she gives interviews knowing that some of her words will be taken out of context, misconstrued, etc. It’s part of the magazine game - “creative editing”. Remember what happened to Michael Douglas when he slammed Angie in “favor” of Jen… Boy! considering his past, he was a fine one to talk. And I doubt he expected such a backlash in response to his words. When it didn’t go away, he issued an apology to Brad & Angie saying that his words were “taken out of context” - Then the writer of the article defended himself/herself by saying that the interview was taped… Douglas came forward to say he had his own audio tapes of the 6 hour interview…
Lost interest by then, so I don’t know what happened after that. But anyway, gossip makes money & since the rags know that lots of people will believe ANY outrageous story written on celebs they’ll be laughing out of their asses & skipping all the way to the bank. GOD! when I think of how much some people pay every WEEK of respectable magazines & TABS - I know some people spend $200.+ dollars a month!
Finally, I rarely post - Mostly because I ignore stupid, rude & obnoxious people. The only reason I even scroll through these threads is because of links to articles, pics, vids, etc. that are new to me. It also helps when “special” issues of magazines (Hello!, People, W, etc. - “Shiloh’s birth”, “the Twins” & “Brad’s pics of Angie & the kids”) because they tend to sell out so quickly or aren’t available locally…
Does anyone know of links to People/Hello! pics of the twins, & will tere be pics from the W spread coming soon? I’ll check on & off for replies (ranters will be ignored)… Thank in advance to those who can help.
