Brad Pitt is Benjamin Button
A motorcycle-riding Cate Blanchett holds onto costar Brad Pitt in this new still from their upcoming movie, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. (They both look so gorgeous in the rehearsal shot below!)
Benjamin Button, out Christmas Day, is about a man who ages in reverse. As he grows younger, his love (Blanchett) grows older. Here’s a snippet from the NYT article:
Benjamin, as he says in his voice-over narration, “was born under unusual circumstances” on Nov. 11, 1918, the last day of World War I. As the doctor attending him describes the strange little creature, “He has all the deterioration, the infirmities, not of a newborn, but of a man well in his 80s on the way to his grave.”

Because woman read tabs and like to read about other women. Sadly there are many simpleminded women who believe everything they read.
If Star ever got sued for this story they would probably say let’s think with a brain. Brad left college with two weeks to go from graduation to become a actor. Do you really think Bill and Jane are shock by anything Brad would do? Do you really think that Bill and Jane think that anyone can make Brad do something he did not want to do.? The jokes not on Angelina it’s on the poor souls that believe this bs.

Is she in Berlin? I just assumed she was in England because at one point the site had a “.uk” designation in it’s name.
She really tried to see Brad last week?

Yeah, she lives in Berlin…. she also went to the BAR premier to see Brad even though it was NEVER confirmed he was gonna be there. She was MAD that she didn’t get to see him and when she found out the family traveled that day, she said he could have still gone to the premier and then collect the family for their trip to NYC.

You missed the point of my post. My POINT is even when Pitt is the architect (pun intended) of this latest storm in a teacup , the tabs still manage to make it about Angelina and he gets left out of the equation.

If that was the point you were trying ot make you did a piss poor job of it. About 100 people here said the same thing LAST WEEK when the story came out. Why are you bringing it back up now if not to cause trouble on the blog?
The fact of the matter is - it’s not Brad’s fault the tabs blame everything on Angie anymore than it’s her fault that they do it. They do it because for the past 3 years that’s what’s sold their magazines. There’s a segment of the population who WANT to see Angie blamed for everything under the sun and the tabs cater to those people.

How is it that X is so accepted in the UK? At least Angie lived there, and is more worldly, which I would think would go over well with the British. But somehow they always seem to go easy on X. I lived in England for a while, and always thought the people were smart. I am beginning to rethink opinion now.
By the way, has she ever done any foreign magazine interviews? She is being called a movie star, and an A-lister, but is NOT known world-wide….at least not on her own merits.

ROTFL. Damn. She’s even dumber than I thought. I’m sure she didn’t bother to post an apology later on after Angie stated that Brad told the the studio in advance of signing on to IB that he wanted that week off to go NYC with her and the kids…and that the NYFF trip had been planned for a long time…which in turn meant he had NEVER planned to attend the Berlin BAR premiere in the first place. Even if Brad hadn’t agreed to do IB…he wasn’t planning to do the Berlin premiere anyway. I bet she felt like 6 kinds of a fool…but she’ll never admit it publicly.

Why do the Brits like X? My guess is it’s because she’s fug. I’m serious about that. I have no idea how popular Friends was in England, so I don’t know if that has anything to do with it or not. Lord knows it’s got zip to do with her movies because she can’t even get a distributor for those. All her other romcoms starred a major comedic actor…so it’s not like I can point to the success of a Jim Carrey, Ben Still or Vince Vaughn flick and say it’s not them but X that people wanted to see. Okay…I could say it, but I’m pretty sure I can hear God laughing…
I think there’s only a couple of bloggers that even like X. The chick at Celebitchy happens to be one of them. The chick at Pop Sugar, too. Other than that - every blog I’ve been to makes fun of her all the time.
One more thought about Celebitchy. A few times I have called them out on their posts, and have had my posts disappear. I have e-mailed them and asked for the reasons for the deleted posts, but never got a response.

Saw the preview of TCCOBB during the previews for the Changling. It looks interesting. Angie was really good in the Changling. Would be nice to see them win best Actor and Actress at the Oscars. Peace.
