Miley is mad at Nick because he didn’t give any nookie.

If they are dating then he is desperate, I personally think he is doing it for the 15 minutes of fame which makes him even more desperate. A 20 year old and 15 year old hanging out, even as friends, is freaking odd. And she has the right to talk about Nick I suppose, but she is looking more and more ridiculous with every comment since he obviously has nothing to say about it.
