One of the tracks off of Britney Spears’s upcoming album, Circus, has been leaked. The name of the song is “Kill The Lights”, which you can listen to on YouTube.
According to The Sun, the song focuses on the star’s relationship with the paparazzi, the lights referring to flash bulbs. It’s a brilliant disco banger with an elastic bass line and plenty of spooky keyboard work. Here’s how Brit addresses her camera-toting tormentors:

When I first read the lyrics, I was like wow! I like these lyrics and then when it got to “Mr, Photographer”, I was like, “The phaw-ken HELL??!?!”
I can’t relate to this kind of garbage that she sings about…. I’m not buying her album. I bought her first one and the 2nd one. After that, all the songs she wrote about are not significant to the majority of the listeners so I stopped buying it…
Write some shiiet that the general people can relate to..

She can’t sing. Her music has always sucked. Has no talent whatsoever. And acts and looks like white trash in real life. I do not get why people act like she is so great and worship her. And now they love her even more just because she turned into a drug addicted trainwreck and you feel sorry for her. I think we should be rewarding people with actual talent not the ones that made it off image and that you feel sorry for because you want to root for the underdog.
She is a LOST SOUL with big bank account because she has a fan base that continues to buy her craptastic music.
She will NEVER be an “artrist” like Madonna, Annie Lennox, Bjork, Xtina, Janet or Lady Gaga. She is a pop star for sure, but will never have integrity as an artist.

To all the people in denial saying she is “no longer relevant” (LOL), commenting on a leaked song (which has thousands upon thousands of views on each and every one of it’s youtube videos) only proves the irony in your statement and how FALSE it truely is.
I’m sure a proper excuse would be “Ohhhhhh, but people are curious, so of course they’re gonna view a leaked song from Britney”. That’s the point, and that’s what makes her RELEVANT. Not to mention the simple fact that Womanizer is a huge hit around the globe. Just in North America alone, it went to no.1# for 2 weeks on the U.S. Billboard and no.1# for 4 weeks in Canada’s Billboard. It seems people have always have A LOT to say (good or bad) for a person who is no longer “relevant”, now do they?
Love her or hate her, Britney is one of the most interesting and non-boring celebrities there has been in a decade ever since she arrived on the scene….and that’s when she’s doing all the right and all the wrong. To still reach the level of success she has after going through everything she went through, there’s no denying the power, interest and complexity of this woman.
BTW, I think the song rocks - Danja is great with her and always provides this dark tone to his music when it comes to Britney. His team ups with her are like the team ups between Timbaland/Timberlake, only better. And this isn’t the mastered version of the song. The finished, mastered track sounds much better ;)

it has a great beat and her voice is hardly played with so it sounds REALLY GOOD!
awesome song, i love it. A lot better than Womanizer. that was just too pop-y (plus her vocals? FAR too low) and it was a step back from Blackout, but this is a return to form. This is gonna be a major club song for winter.
