High School Musical 3 Goes Down Under
On-and-off-screen couple Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens, along with their costar BFF Ashley Tisdale, catch a flight to Australia via LAX airport in Los Angeles on Friday night.
The trio is headed down under for the premiere of High School Musical 3: Senior Year, which will go down @ 6PM local time Wednesday at Melbourne’s Village Jam Factory. Disney alerted police and hired 28 security guards to control the frenzied fans!
HSM3 opens in Aussie theaters on December 4.

vanessa does not look trashy at all. she is going on a 22 hours (somthing like that) flight and she decieded to dress comfortable as she can.

The striking Hudgens, 19, already has two albums to her credit and will be seen next year in another music-based film, Bandslam.
“She’s grown up, as all of us have,” an obviously admiring Efron says.
“She continues to grow more talented with every instalment of High School Musical and she’s turning into a woman.”
He smiles and adds: “It’s been great to watch.”
While Hudgens recently bought a $2.75 million house (six bedrooms, six bathrooms, pool complete with barbecue island) in LA’s Studio City, the pair have no plans to move in together.

In HSM3, when Gabriella left for Stanford University, there was a For Sale sign in front of the Montez’s house. What this tells me that HSM has already made it clear for Gabriella not returning to any future HSM. The other characters like Troy, Chad, Taylor, The Evan’s twins, Martha, Kelsi, Zeke, and Jason have options to return to future HSM, because their families still live in Albuquerque; therefore the HSM storyline still have options to let those characters back in for future HSM. As for Gabriella, which is play by Vanessa, has moved on. To me that is good for Vanessa, because Disney is just holding her talent back anyway. Beside she was never a Disney darling and has lot of acting talents that are being held back by Disney. It is a step backward for Vanessa working for Disney. She started with Thirteen and then Thunderbird, and both are big screen movies. Vanessa is moving on and away from Disney.

What you say is true but in all actuality the only person who seemed likely to come back to do another HSM at the end of HSM3 was Sharpay since she was the one who was said to be going to help Ms Darbus in the drama department the next year. That’s rather sad for Ashley and yet if Disney hopes to keep HSM going on the Disney channel they really need one of the regular cast members to get it “kicked off”. Frankly, Zac Efron and Lucas Grabeel do not need this or it will most likely hurt their blossoming careers. Someone like Martha or Jason or Zeke might be able to make an appearance on another HSM but why would they? Basically none of the original need HSM anymore and it would likely hurt rather than help their furture. However, Disney needs one of the bigger names from the first movies to help them keep HSM alive. So, it would seem Ashley is the most likely—she’s been involved with Disney for a long time anyway. But from what I saw of the new HSM characters none of them are going to generate much interest in another movie. But younger and new fans that are not so invested in the older characters may be drawn into another movie and a whole new group of fans will form.

Honestly, I think that making a HSM 4 with the new characters would be a major money hole for Disney. I’m sorry, but in all honesty, I really hated all 3 new characters. And Karen… Ashley is actually no longer involved in Disney. HSM 3 has wrapped, and she is no longer starring on Zac and Cody, and she did not sign on for Life on Deck. Now, none of the HSM stars have any affiliations with Disney anymore besides those obnoxious newbies.

She does that with her other shows too…so that’s NOT a big deal, as much we want her back. She’s still old for this sorta thing, but she does it, cuz of our support and how much we love to see her again.

The 28 extra bodyguards, and alerting the police wasn’t really just a precaution, I had alerted Gina of a fan who wanted to attack zac and vanessa with water baloons on the red carptet, as a sort of “prank”. So Gina took the initiative to contact the police and hire more bodyguards for the cast. She’s now changed her story, and just wants a piece of Vanessa, to yell at her. Why? Because she thinks Vanessas attitude of “Zac is my man” is wrong, and she needs to accept that he’s with Nikki blonksy. I’d say the girl is ill, but the situation will be taken care of accordingly :)
