Gerard Butler Takes Date To Arcade
Gerard Butler and a gal pal go on a date together at the Santa Monica Pier arcade on Monday night on Ocean Front Walk, Calif.
The 38-year-old Scottish star and his probable new lady love had a blast, laughing and smiling the whole time. The pair played a game of air hockey together and other fun arcade games. Looks like the twosome won quite a few games from the number of prizes tickets they’re holding!
TMZ has a video of the couple kissing. Gerry may have snagged himself a gorgeous one!

By the way, this is not a British thing, it is just a thing, a preference by any man or woman on what they are attracted to. Personally, I think he looks good with a darker woman. He is striking and the women he perfers are very gorgeous in their own right. This girl is no exception. She is so pretty. Can you imagine how hot a couple he and Halle Berry would be? WOW!!

I never said he as corrupting youth, I said it wasn’t a considerate thing to do around children. Most adults with any sense do not go to where other people bring their children and make out like that. If you took your kids to Disneyland and some couple was making out like that, it would be odd. They could go make out somewhere where kids weren’t around is all I’m saying. TV and real life are very different things and there are some parents who don’t let children who are arcade age watch love scenes on tv. Just sayin. There’s a f*cking merry go round in that place. You don’t think it’s weird for adults to go make out in front of kids on a merry go round?

On the TMZ video when he looks toward the camera it appears he is telling her that they need to leave and they stop. So obvious that this is two people getting caught in a hot moment and when GB discovered he was being taped he stopped the kissing and moved on. He is not advertising for the paps. Not his style.
He is playing the razzi game. The photos of him in his car the other day show him with his cell phone up and a big smile on his face. If you look where he’s holding the cell phone, his finger is on the camera button and it’s aimed at the razzi. He’s snapping a photo of the razzi who are photographing him. The smile on his face is probably because he’s laughing at them because they don’t realize he’s taking their picture. He’ll probably show how they are hounding him and have photographic evidence of it when that razzi he punched takes him to civil court.
Someone said it would be pretty soon that he’d let the cat out of the bag and do a big PDA with one of the women he’s seeing. Maybe she was in the limo the night that he punched the razzi and he didn’t want her photographed. He probably has a few in play.
It’s obvious that the man wants to lose his granny fans and stick with the younger crowd, even if he ain’t young himself. He doesn’t need the old ladies to help promote him anymore. He’s a star now and their crazy behavior is a drag to his image. Those old ladies were stupid to think he was interested in them for anything more than helping promote himself.

This must be a NEW girlfriend and clearly the first stages of dating because the “nice girl” he is “kind of dating” (since July or August) would not go separate ways nor act like this. In the end, why would GB leave her all alone to the paps?
Holly, I hope you don’t have children. If you did you wouldn’t appreciate some couple making out hot and heavy in front of them when the kids are riding a merry go round. Yeah they see more on tv, but most adults don’t do such PDA in public anywhere, especially not in front of little children.
They didn’t see the camera, by the way, they saw the two guys walk near them and decided they needed to move. She seemed to be the one who told him they needed to move. He looked like he’d have kept going right where he was. We don’t know what they might have been doing after they moved out of the shot.
I agree with Anon. He plays the razzi game well just like he played those fans Anon mentioned. He’s a smart boy. I feel sorry for his date if she doesn’t want media attention. She was left there to deal with the razzis and he was gone and his angry white granny fans are going to be trying to find out everything about her and tear her to shreds.

Good point, Whatever. I agree with you and Ebony. Why was she left there alone with the razzi? Didn’t he at least walk her back to her car? It was dark by the time they left. Not very gentlemanly. Even co-workers walk me to my car at night, dates definitely wouldn’t leave me walk to my car in the dark by myself.

This poor man - you people are nuts. No one knows what the hell is going on with him, but the most reasonable explanation to me is he is on a date, they make out in a remote corner, they get carried away and forget where they are until they realize a couple of people have just walked very near by, and then they walk away. Obviously, the video is broken, but my money is on them deciding to leave and go home/hotel/wherever, they spot the cameras on the way out and split up, she is on the phone with him when the cameras approach her, she plays it cool, and they meet up somewhere in a few minutes. Big deal. Single good looking guy. Pretty presumably single girl. What is the problem?

This man has a huge fan following, but I see some desention on the ranks as Gerard climbs the fame ladder.

It always amazes me how much people THINK they know about someone they know nothing about. Anon, you’re an idiot. You need to stop embarrassing yourself. Fans, whether they are young, old, black or white, can make and can break a star. I can see why someone like you would never make it in show business and probably are a miserable failure in regular life as well. “Loosing” some of his fan base, especially the more, shall we say “mature” ones, could prove a fatal blow as they are the one’s who still have the money to go to the movies in this slumping economy and watch his pictures. This is also a man who adores and reveres his own mother. I doubt he would treat any fan, especially the older ones, with any less respect than he would expect someone to treat his own mother.
That aside, the public is fickle, especially the younger ones. They move on from one thing to another very quickly and if you do or say something against them, it could ruin your career. Tom Cruise loves all of his fans, he’s smart, he knows they sustain him and has endured the test of time as do many other stars. If Gerry has just been “fooling” his public just to go up the ladder of stardom, then it will catch up with him eventually. I trust Gerry and any decisions he makes. And until he would give me a reason to mistrust him, or question his integrity, I will remain a loyal and devoted fan.
anon I’m with you. Why I even let these sites come into my email anymore is beyond me. I don’t like this a man’s behavior. I think he is manilpulative and conniving.
