For years, no one in LA really cares what you do in your private life, but your Mum and maybe a hand full of fans. In Hollywood you’re just another paid puppet and you think that nobody cares, because they don’t. 15 minutes here, 15 minutes there and then you’re over. You learn to get over yourself and enjoy your private life. Until, almost overnight, you find that a single moment of your private life is posted up for public review, over and over again. Lesson learned! The private world just got much smaller and try as one might to resist, you are forced to change your behavior.

If Gerard was actually still with Jasmine when he dated this other woman then I have to say this was really the lowest thing anyone could do. Humiliating her in such a way all over the net would be just terrible. Although I don’t believe it was actually the first time he cheated on her (if the things Tina and others are saying are true), so I wonder why she kept up with his antics for so long. Did she really think he’d ever change? Why did she agree to being hidden away from the public? I don’t buy for a second that he just wants to protect his girlfriends from the jealous fans and the haunting paps. None of them could ever hurt them as bad as he does with his cheating as he has just proved with this video.

As for the new woman, well now that Jasmine has dumped him she might become his new GF, maybe that was the reason he was going public on this date, so Jasmine would dump him and he’d be free for the next girl. Until he gets tired of her as well.

I really don’t know if I should feel sorry fot these girls for being treated so badly or just shake my head at their apparent naivity.

And as for DWTS, please…. He can’t be that dumb to even considering appearing on that show. He’ll lose all respect as an actor if he did that,
but maybe he’s kind of given up on his acting career already. He hasn’t done any decent movies or roles lately, nothing to really show off any acting chops. I mean diversity per se is a great thing, but he should still strive for lead roles and not continue to play second fiddle to bigger stars. He’ll never get anywhere by that. I wish he’d go back to the UK to make small but quality movies with challenging roles as he used to when he was still unknown. Hollywood might have brought him some fame and probably also some wealth, but somehow I doubt it brought him peace of mind.

Wow!, since when can’t a single man in America date beautiful women without being accused of trying to hurt someone or of treating women ‘like whores’? …Really?! You can’t actually feel that it’s disrespectful for a single man to date more than one woman at a time.

None of you single men ever dated two women at once? None of you single women ever dated two different men in the same week? If so, that makes you creepy or some kind of lost soul?

If you’re not engaged or married, you date, right? If there’s a better way to get to know a woman, would someone please post it.

If someone wants to hang out in the bushes, zoom in on you kissing a date, and post it for the world to see, that’s creepy.

If a man wants to take a relationship with a woman he’s dating, a girlfriend, to an exclusive level, put a ring on it!

Now unless G has a secret engagement with someone out there, ‘keep on dating all the cuties ya can my brotha!, and don’t stop ’til you find The One’.

I have seen your posts before and you seem to know what you are talking about. I ask this not to call into doubt your comments, but out of genuine curiosity - If Gerry was in a relationship with Jasmine, why was he not planning to be in NY with her for his birthday? He had a party here in LA. Was she planning to be here? Did she go?

I like them together. Too bad he screwed it up.

#183 As far as I know it was planned that she was to go out to LA around the beginning of November but I dunno if she actually got oyt there. As for Gerry having his party in LA, I’m guessing he may have wanted to spend it there rather in NYC. Maybe he wanted to spend it with Kristi or perhaps he wanted to start seeing other people and didn’t know what to do with Jasmine. I dunno if Jazz went to the party or not. I highly doubt it though as the breakup was anything but good.

This is indeed highly entertaining although it’s kind of sad that his personal antics are much more entertaining than his movies these days. I also wonder, who are you xyz and how come you think YOU know who he is dating? Is he dating YOU? Then how do you explain this video? I assume you are not this Kristi? To me it looks obvious THEY are dating.

Why on earth he decided to trade in an apparently decent and discreet woman like Jasmine for… well… is beyond me.

@Tina: Do you know if Jasmine went to the RNR premiere in LA? I read a rumor back then that he had already someone else at the time. Maybe that was the reason he tried to avoid this pap finding out who was with him in the limo at all cost.

This seems to confirm all the rumors that are out there about him, although one would think that a lof of what’s being said in the tabloids and on the gossip sites is exaggerated or even fabricated. If, and I stress IF this is true, then this would actually make him the manwhore with a preference for girls who are hardly of age that has so often been claimed. No wonder he tries to keep his personal life private. This is just ceepy.

I got to agree with you on this one.Not knowing if you KNOW him or not but I agree that certain fans have a different image of him.
People seem to forget that an actor ACTS.On as offscreen.
He is not the prince charming, nor does he sit alone crying for being alone.He has no plans on settling down,even when he says so in interviews.
He is just a big kid who likes to play and fool around and if others get hurt in that progress he doesnt seem to care that much.Fans claim that his peen is so huge, it is not it is his EGO that is!

#196: I don’t think he seriously tried to pick up that girl at the valet parking in front of all the paps. To me it looked like he was just playing around to give the paps quite a show. He is an actor after all. But I read comments that people said he did hit on some young girls inside the bar that night. So maybe he had already set up a date with another PYT for later.

I think all the stuff he says in interviews is just to please his fans. He probably (quite rightly) assumes they love to read about his date in NY and his babbling about wanting to settle down and getting married one day instead of him saying he’s a player that prefers to sleep around with young girls and then throws them away when the next pretty thing comes around the corner. Wouldn’t be too good for his image, would it?

#197 - Serious or not trying to pick up PYT. Why would anyone want a guy that behaves that way with other woman on camera. He must be a realy pig when then camera is off.

I don’t think it was exclusive at all with Jasmine….I heard she was dating someone else too. This guy is definitely a dog by his own admission. As long has he is up front with these woman, it is their own fault for expecting anything more.
