Jennifer Aniston is red hot on the December 2008 cover of Vogue.
According to Us Weekly, Aniston asked the reporter, Jonathan Van Meter, to turn off the tape recorder when first asked about her ex-husband’s partner, Angelina Jolie. Here’s what she did say on the record:
On being bothered that Angelina recounted a detailed timeline of how she fell in love with Brad Pitt on the set of Mr. & Mrs. Smith: “There was stuff printed there that was definitely from a time when I was unaware that it was happening. I felt those details were a little inappropriate to discuss. That stuff about how she couldn’t wait to get to work every day? That was really uncool.
On if she ever speaks to Brad: “[We've exchanged] a few very kind hellos … and congratulations on your babies… [We] had an amicable split … The marriage didn’t work out.”
On her romance with John Mayer: “People need to mind their own business! Did you ever think Claudia Schiffer and David Copperfield made sense? Love just shows up.”
On when Mayer bragged about dumping her: “Trust me, you’ll never see that happen again from that man.”

Why is she blaming Angelina for what happened to her marriage with Brad? There were 2 people in that marriage - her and Brad. If that union was solid, he wouldn’t have left her. I really think it’s her fault their marriage fell apart. He really wanted kids and after Friends that’s when it was going to happen, well someone got too caught up in the “movie career” that it just fell apart.
I really don’t think there was a physical affair between Angelina and Brad while filming. I think there was attraction and they became friends. I mean even a month before the official split between Jennifer and Brad they went on vacation to try and work it out and it just didn’t.

If Aniston had an ounce of class, which her $110 million will never buy her, she’d do like Nicole Kidman did when she was publicly dumped by Tom Cruise and keep her dumb fcuking mouth shut. She is not the first person in the world to get dumped and she won’t be the last. Do you think everybody who gets dumped makes such a pathetic public spectacle of themselves? Would you?? Damned if I would.
There is such a thing as pride and self-respect. You don’t air all your hurts in public. You don’t throw yourself a pity party and expect the world to join in. “I was shocked! The world was shocked!” Excuse me, Jen, but the world has a lot more substantial things to be shocked about than your failed marriage. Except for your demented fan base, nobody really gives a shít.
Dragging all this up after four years means she has not let go, she is not over it, she has not moved on, and she probably never will. And her fans wonder why all the men she is involved with keep dumping her. No man wants a woman dragging all that emotional baggage around behind her like a dead, stinking whale. She might as well have a sign branded on her forehead saying DUMPED DESPERATE LOSER. Before this interview was launched she should have made it clear there was to be no mention of either Brad Pitt or Angelina Jolie and if the magazine didn’t like it, well too damn bad.

Good point about Maniston telling Angelina how Brad ‘couldn’t wait to work with her.’ I agree, what is the f**king difference?! To me, it sounds like Aniston was given her Huvane instructions on how to approach this interview, and he told her: Look, make like your amicable/friendly with Brad, and disgruntled with Jolie. that way, we can keep the part of the triangle that sells (The Team Jolie vs Team aniston part), alive…and thus Aniston’s lame sh*tty career. That’s probably why she initially turned off the recorder, she had to get out her Huvane notes on just what it was she had to say getting digs in at Angie, and just how she had to say it.
One good thing can come of this.
The mags and rags and bloggers (yes, even our own sweet JJ) are telling the world just what it is about Aniston that keeps her in the press, ANGELINA JOLIE - who is THE BIGGEST MOVIE STAR IN THE WORLD.
…and if Aniston somehow thinks this will make people LESS inclined to be fascinated with Angelina, then Bahahahaha :lol: - she’s just as stupid as she looks!! I would suggest Maniston take a look at Angie’s BILLION dollar box office receipts, her #1 ranking in Forbes, her nominations, her Oscar buzz, etc. Ask Maniston if her Vanity fair hit job, and the thousands of ‘warring’ tabloid pieces about Angelina wrecking her marriage, have made people MORE or LESS inclined to watch Mr. & Mrs. for the 1000th time. LOLOL Why I’m fairly certain with Angie’s ‘fell in love,’ remark Fox TV booked MAMS for the 50th time to run on TV, and she sold a couple million more DVDs. Bahahaha :-D This bit of passive aggressiveness from Aniston about being upset over Angie saying she couldn’t wait to get to work on MAMS, probably just earned Brad a few more NOLA MIR homes and fat residuals with his back-end deals! Gee, THANKS Maniston - keep it up!! hahaha!! People are going to be MORE likely to see Button and Changeling TOO, (maybe for the 2nd or 3rd time)…I know I’m going again myself tonight, and I suggest ALL fans of Angelina do the same.
