Jennifer Aniston is red hot on the December 2008 cover of Vogue.
According to Us Weekly, Aniston asked the reporter, Jonathan Van Meter, to turn off the tape recorder when first asked about her ex-husband’s partner, Angelina Jolie. Here’s what she did say on the record:
On being bothered that Angelina recounted a detailed timeline of how she fell in love with Brad Pitt on the set of Mr. & Mrs. Smith: “There was stuff printed there that was definitely from a time when I was unaware that it was happening. I felt those details were a little inappropriate to discuss. That stuff about how she couldn’t wait to get to work every day? That was really uncool.
On if she ever speaks to Brad: “[We've exchanged] a few very kind hellos … and congratulations on your babies… [We] had an amicable split … The marriage didn’t work out.”
On her romance with John Mayer: “People need to mind their own business! Did you ever think Claudia Schiffer and David Copperfield made sense? Love just shows up.”
On when Mayer bragged about dumping her: “Trust me, you’ll never see that happen again from that man.”

I actually have several of John’s CDs. Heck I may have them all right from the beginning. He is a great guitarist. Have you ever seen him play with Clapton on You Tube? It was really great to see both up there together. Great talent.
What ever happened between the Jen and John seems to have worked themselves out and they seem even closer than ever.

angelina got more rights than jenho because angelina is the mother of brad’s children. Jenho is just a **** who gets passed on from one guy after another. Angie as the mother of brad’s children got more rights to say how much she feels about the father of her children. Jenho’ is only a partner in a merger. The mother of one’s children got more rights an X of a merger. Brad had completely cut off any ties with jenho after the divorce while brad cannot cut off any ties with the mother of his children even with a divorce

I feel the same about two other people, so I actually try my best in not seeing them Try it, it is less irritating.
My God, do only morons post here? The woman is going about this beautifully. Much better than most would in her situation. The reason she specifically talks about Angelina is that Angelina felt the need to point out that she was dating Brad while he was still married. Its inappropriate. She already won the man, did she really need to rub it in Jen’s face that she got him while he was still taken? It was very unthinking of Angelina and childish. AND other than saying that the comments were “uncool” she had nice things to say about her ex;s and their situations.

There are differences between “feelings” and “falling in love” with one another. Aniston was aware of “feelings”. The 2007 Vogue issue put it into falling in love and the details of how that started. It put Jolie into “pursuing mode” and not “friendship” mode. That is what Jennifer didn’t know. It isn’t the fact that the two are together that seems to have set her “uncool” statement either. It was the details of how someone went for their husband. Read closely. Also, Jolie’s statements cause media frenzy once again. By what Aniston stated, she is trying to stop it from coming up anymore.
This is not about her not have gotten over anything. Again, this is about stopping her being put back into a triangle. Her and Brad talk occationally, that shows quite a bit about what it is really about. She was asked the question and she answered “honestly”.

Jen has every right to answer a question that relates to a time when married to Pitt. Nobody is saying Jolie does not have the right to talk about Brad. She has every right to say things about him but could she be quiet about a time that he was married to someone else. Nobody wants to hear about someone’s relationship starting while married to another. It’s tacky and seems like it is a dig on Aniston. Jolie knew what Jen knew and didn’t know. She should have never gone there. Aniston called it for what it was. Good on her.
The only HW divorced stars to come to mind in recent history who continues to beat this dead dog after 3+ years is Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen and Kim Bassinger and Alec Baldwin and Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt . The first two women did not bash the women and praise the men . I guess one could put the women in the same boat except the first two least had children which explains the continual rancor in their divorces . Now what is X excuse ? Since the divorce seem to have been “100 years ago” why does she care enough to even make a publicized comment about what was said in an interview 2 years ago ? Why was little or no time spent discussing her dog movie on O ? She is coming across more and more pathetic .
Aniston has every right to answer the question. There is no need for the other woman to bring up details either. It is tacky. It’s digusting. Since then paps and mags have had a field day with this. Time to put it to rest. Angie should just be quiet about certain things.

There is no hope for Jen.. none..
She not only erased her chances of her ever being in freindly terms with Brad after this interview but also she erased any chance of being freinds with any of his freinds and connections as well.
Perhaps this is the reason she has not landed many roles or gotten any breaks in HW.
they know her better and must know the real person versus the one she puts on for her fans.
It is very evident by the way she carries herself.. and the men she picks.
She is jealous of the pure relationship Brad has with angie and his kids.. It eats Jen up that she has lost all the connections she had with regards to jobs and getting into the popular a-list parties.
It eats her up that angie has given him an instant family and has bonded well with Brads family to the point where they went to France to be with her on the birth on the twins and even stayed to help her.
It must eat up Jen that brads family no longer strokes her ego and is part of her pity party…most likely she is not part of their guest list during the holidays.
It must eat Jen up to know that angie said during an interivew that when she and Brad found out they were having twins they laghed b/c his sister was at the house the day before and she rubbed angies belly saying you’re going to have twins like I did. That must really eat up Jen to see that Brads sister is freindly with Angie. (that would the reason she no longer takes Jens calls)
What eats Jenup the most is that she is so bitter and spiteful that it does not allow anything meaningful nor lovely to come into her world.
Jens negativity is what is causing her to feel lousy and then lie about it on interviews and live tv… I think even Oprah notices her bitterness and how she lies thru her teeth.
