Jennifer Aniston is red hot on the December 2008 cover of Vogue.
According to Us Weekly, Aniston asked the reporter, Jonathan Van Meter, to turn off the tape recorder when first asked about her ex-husband’s partner, Angelina Jolie. Here’s what she did say on the record:
On being bothered that Angelina recounted a detailed timeline of how she fell in love with Brad Pitt on the set of Mr. & Mrs. Smith: “There was stuff printed there that was definitely from a time when I was unaware that it was happening. I felt those details were a little inappropriate to discuss. That stuff about how she couldn’t wait to get to work every day? That was really uncool.
On if she ever speaks to Brad: “[We've exchanged] a few very kind hellos … and congratulations on your babies… [We] had an amicable split … The marriage didn’t work out.”
On her romance with John Mayer: “People need to mind their own business! Did you ever think Claudia Schiffer and David Copperfield made sense? Love just shows up.”
On when Mayer bragged about dumping her: “Trust me, you’ll never see that happen again from that man.”

What Jen? Are you listening to you’re self hon? In her VF interview Courtney Cox said that Brad had confessed the feelings he was developing about Angelina! So she was perfectly AWARE of what was happening around that time in her marriage! Her husband was falling in love with another woman and she knew about it!
God this interview is so lame! She is talking from both sides of her mouth AGAIN! Oh what a surprise!
When your husband confesses something like that to you then you better do something ASAP or he’ll be gone forever! And she did absolutely NOTHING!

Jennifer knows EXACTLY what she is doing. Giving this interview, posing in a look alike dress and “slipping ” out tidbits of her feelings toward Angelina guarantees more publicity for Jen. She doesn’t have anything else, so she uses the J-P’s.
It is very sad to watch Jen these days.

her referring to Brad in amicable terms is pure sarcasm on her part and saying she called to congratulate “your babies” ? why didn’t she use the term “their babies”? hmmmm did anyone catch that?
She refers to John as “that man” …hmmm very teling of someone who is clearly lying and is very bitter..
I am happy for angie and brad that they rise above her pettiness but for her to try and drudge up that mud years later after she has slept withseveral men is quite desperate and very classless on her part.
Even Jens friends have moved on and made ammends with Brad and angie.. they are friends withthem.

I would say the majority of you are horrible people who need a life, do not start living tomorrow start right now..get away from the computer. Does this sound like a woman who has moved on? Once again, Aniston distorts the truth to fit her “poor me” victim mentality. She also proves that she follows what Angelina and Brad do by recounting what she reads in tabloids and magazine interviews. Sad, sad, sad. And what f*cking “detailed time-line” is she talking about??
And she wasn’t “unaware” at ALL.
In the VF article every one of Aniston’s friends say that Jennifer knew Brad had feelings for Angelina. Courtney Cox said: “She knew there was an attraction, an enchantment”. If you don’t want to know about Brad and Angelina’s relationship don’t obsessively read every single interview they do! Ignorance is bliss as they say.

LOL!! When it comes to the d-bag John Mayer she tells people to “mind their own business”, yet when it comes to her hatred for Angelina and her divorce with Brad, then it’s open season! DISGUSTING HYPOCRITE.
“Love just shows up”. Well love finally showed up for Brad.
People act as though Brad was known for cheating. He wasn’t. He has always said he wanted kids. And has always been kind to the general public despite the obnoxious intrusion into his personal life.
But the most pathetic thing is that people act as though he is the first to fall in love with someone else you meet on the set of a film. Be it dancing with the stars, skating with the stars, movies as far back as Lombard and Gable, that is where and how they meet. Brad always wanted a family. And after many films, a hounding public, he decided to take something for himself and have the family he has always wanted. And he found a woman with the balls to say FU to all who don’t like it. Scew Jen. Just because she can’t get over it does not make me like her more. The truth is she probably truly regrets not giving him what he has always wanted. To see him happier than he has ever been. That could have been her family. Too late. After all, sometimes “love just shows up”.
This is why Brad is no longer with Jennifer. Jen is petty and manipulative and lives in her own selfish “jen world” .
They were NEVER really good as a couple.
Brad is better off with Angie.
Jen is better off by herself.

i was a fan who used to bash brad and angelina, defending jen but after this……..i’m kinda embarrassed to be an aniston fan now. i honestly thought she moved on a long time ago but apparently not.

At first i was like ” Oh no Jen, you didn’t!!” … but then i saw the thing in context, and i ended up loving that she said those stuff about how there’s no drama, how she’s actually proud of Brad… maybe it’ll end the triangle stories for good (please, God, let this be…)…

Oh dear - she does need to move on with her life. Sadly, she doesn’t have enough going on to help propell herself forward - instead can only wallow in her self-pity. Divorce is never nice - someone always gets hurt. And one party is usually able to move on quicker than the spurned party . Pick yourself up and MOVE FORWARD. Jennifer Aniston thinks Angelina Jolie should keep her trap shut.
Aniston reveals in the December issue of Vogue that she ain’t too happy with some of Jolie’s public remarks about her love affair with Brad Pitt.
Aniston complains that Jolie once went too far in outlining the exact timeline of her relationship with Pitt on the set of Mr. & Mrs. Smith. “There was stuff printed that was definitely from a time when I was unaware that it was happening,” Aniston says of the Jolie interview, which appeared in Vogue about two years ago. “I felt those details were a little inappropriate to discuss.”
She continues, “That stuff about how she couldn’t wait to get to work every day? That was really uncool.”
Even so, Aniston insists her and Pitt’s divorce was never as messy as the celeb tabloids claimed.
“I mean, in the end, we really had an amicable split,” she tells writer Jonathan Van Meter, who also wrote the aforementioned Jolie cover story. “It wasn’t mean and hateful and all of this stuff that they tried to create about Brad can’t talk to Jen and Jen can’t talk to Brad because this person won’t allow it. It just didn’t happen. The marriage didn’t work out. And pretty soon after we separated, we got on the phone and we had a long, long conversation with each other and said a lot of things, and ever since we’ve been unbelievably warm and respectful of each other.”
Aniston and Pitt even talk from time to time.
“We have exchanged a few very kind hellos and wishing you wells and sending you love and congratulations on your babies,” says Aniston, who will next be seen opposite Owen Wilson in Marley & Me. “I have nothing but absolute admiration for him, and…I’m proud of him! I think he’s really done some amazing things.”

Jennifer Aniston is the epitomy of UNCOOL. Mouthing off about an ex for the umpteenth time over 4 years, just shows how bitter, angry and resentful she is. Maybe she should have paid more attention to her husband DURING her marriage, and she would still be Mrs. Pitt. Meanwhile, it’s okay for her to have multiple new partners. I was hoping to read some interesting quotes from her when I clicked on her photo; no chance. I should have known after watching her interview on YouTube, where she appeared angry, defensive and practically incoherent.
