Ok I’m not exactly a great fan of Miley but what is wrong with her hair in this pic? its better than having it down all the time and the dress is a little too old for her but she still pulls it off. And lastly, that is NOT too much skin for a fifteen year old. I’m 14 and I wear less than that for parties! But no-one cares! The one question I’m thinking about those photos though is ‘what is up with billy ray’s cowboy hat?’

Personally, I think she should have stuck with either all black and white, or all pukish crayon color. Not both. The dress was just totally unflattering. And the makeup… way way way too much! When I watched her present, I has like WHOA someone get a hose and just start over. It was way too much, and while I know that they need extra for all those lights, I’ve seen MANY MANY MANY celebs pull off a natural look flawlessly.
