Jennifer Aniston - ‘Lucky in Love’ with John Mayer!
John Mayer shops for girlfriend Jennifer Aniston at Paragon Sports in New York City on Thursday.
The 39-year-old actress appeared in an interview with Oprah Winfrey today and proclaimed, “I’ve been unbelievably lucky in love!” (when asked about boyfriend John Mayer) The former Friends star appeared at ease and genuinely happy throughout her appearance.
She also confirmed that she isn’t pregnant, and thus, killed the other rumor that she’s having twins!

Angie knows exactly who she is and what she wants in life and she never needed a man to define her. She went through a crazy, destructive phase and that made her stronger, helped her see things in perspective, become centered and certain of what she really wants from life (and what she wants to give back). The love between her and Brad is so obvious and so beautiful that we don’t even need interviews - it comes through simply when you look at them. And do you know why they are so happy and so strong together? Because their life has a meaning and a purpose. Because they both are aware of how lucky they are in many ways and they are grateful and humble and eager to contribute to making this world at least a little better.
Now, let’s see… Jennifer Aniston spends most of her time tanning and doing yoga, but you know what? The body will get old eventually regardless of how beautiful she may look now (to some, I guess that depends on the taste)… and what will she have left then? A BIG FAT NOTHING. Does she really care about anything besides her image? Is it impossible to focus your energy on something positive instead of continuing to be bitter and resentful because her marriage didn’t work out? (Let’s face it, if she were over it we wouldn’t be looking at a cover of a magazine that’s running a feature story on Jen, but has ANGELINA’S name written all over it!!!).

The interview went great—dont understand why there are still people who think she is phony. She was so natural and a real beauty. Very classy in keeping replies as brief and straight to the point. I agree with you. She is much more beautiful in person. Everyone who has worked with her has said she is beautiful, kind, funny, and great to work with. People who have seen or worked with the “Marley & Me” film has raved about it and all the clips and sneak peeks on Oprah and else where are so amazing, moving, and funny — I can’t wait!
Also I don’t know what the rest of you are talking about, but Angie talks BS all the time and Aniston has every right to respond back. Angie has made her bed, as has Brad, Jen, and so on, now they have to all lie in it. And the crap about Gerard Butler, you all are so off, it was never a relationship — it was a meeting about his possibly being in one of her production companies movies. I can’t wait for that. Plus, the bulk of her interview in the magazine and Oprah was about herself: movies, relationship, her house, family, life, etc… the only time she talked about Brad and Jolie was when asked, unlike others. I just realized that saying publicly that she is unbelievablly in love with Mayer and that people should mind their business concerning her love to him prove UNDOUBTEDLY THAT MAYER WAS THE ONE WHO DUMPED HER and not the otherway around like her entourage said !
She was the one chasing him like a dog. She was the one wanting him so bad while he was ignoring her. Season 3 of “30 Rock” really should be subtitled “The Coming of the Guest Stars.” Since the show’s return three weeks ago we’ve had Megan Mullally (granted, not a huge name, but an NBC favorite from her stint as Karen on “Will & Grace”), Oprah Winfrey (OPRAH!), and now Jennifer Aniston. Next week it’s Steve Martin, and Salma Hayek is reportedly coming in for a guest arc in the near future.
I have no objection to guest stars, and “30 Rock” in particular has used them well - until now. Jennifer Aniston’s spot last night was terrible, and the entire show felt off. It was like the actors - Tina Fey in particular - just weren’t into it. (Her energy was so low, I have to wonder if this was filmed while she was doing double-duty as Sarah Palin on “Saturday Night Live.”) Even the always-reliable Alec Baldwin seemed to be going through the motions. It was joyless, and the whole thing seemed like a LOT of work. I was exhausted just watching the thing.
Aniston played Liz and Jenna’s former Chicago roommate, a deranged sexpot that Liz correctly described as “full-on ‘Fatal Attraction.’” It sounds like a meaty, gonzo role, and I think Aniston probably did the best she could with it, but…Jennifer Aniston just isn’t a very good actress. I mean, I loved Rachel on “Friends.” She was my favorite character. And I think Aniston is largely pretty good in romantic comedies. But this role called for some over-the-top stuff, and Aniston played it so safe that, to me, it felt very forced. I never believed for a second that she was crazy. Annoying, yes. Possibly a little slow. But crazy? Not really.
I should confess that my personal feelings on Aniston probably colored my opinion somewhat. I just don’t get America’s continued fascination with the woman and her romantic life, or lack thereof. Consider that Aniston hasn’t had a hit movie in more than two years (”The Break-Up,” which was surprisingly successful) and instead has a string of duds to her name. She’s got a dog movie coming out for Christmas. A DOG MOVIE. And yet almost every week her face is splashed across 80 percent of the tabloids at the supermarket with a headline along the lines of “Jen’s pain” or something. She got dumped three years ago. And she’s STILL milking it in the newest Vogue. I can appreciate a bad-news buffet as much as the next schadenfruedic jackass, but enough is enough, lady.
