Just Jared Jr. Launches!!!

As much as I love the idea of no more Jonas Brothers or Ashley Tisdale, you DO realize, Jared, that it’s the “tweeny” stars like Vanessa Hudgens, Miley Cyrus and Zac Efron that get the most hits on your website, right? The whole idea of a JJ Jr. is terribly insulting to us older fans who actually LIKE those “tweeny” stars. Not to mention a big hassle, seeing as we have to bounce between two websites rather than one.

If people don’t want to read about certain celebrities, tell them not to click on those posts. But don’t punish us fans for being interested by moving them to a different site entirely.

It’s funny - you all say “Thank GOD!” and “Yay! No more news about HSM 3!!!” well, if u hate them so much, then why do you even bother reading and commenting about them? Don’t you ppl have anything better to do? You ppl are old enough to get a job, so why don’t you? instead of reading and commenting about stuff that you can’t stand? Care to explain?

What. This is so lame.

I don’t like the idea of 2 different sites, I like reading about celebs of all ages and backgrounds,now I ‘m going to have to check out regular and Jr?? nonsense!

It is actually a very smart move financially. Jared can double his ad revenue. Personally, I think it is a great idea. I can’t stand all the teenyboppers that grace the blog.

why complain? this is Jared’s site and he’s not banning the mentioned stars, they are just going to another site. (did anyone even bother reading the note that there WILL be crossovers between here and there? it pays to read the whole thing before you automatically whine.)

long story short, doesnt matter if some of these stars are twenty-somethings that have a group of elders that follow them. Teir MAIN fanbase are pre-teens & teenagers. stop making the switch so personal and grow up.

In a way, I’m glad the tweens have been moved off the main site.

However, as I’m not prepared to go conversing with them or be traumatized by the disney posts, I’ll have to relocate to VABN and GG and visit only when posts of Vanessa are made on this main site.

At least, she’s still on the most popular list as browsing through the threads show that her posts are still among the ones most commented on, young star or not.

Hopefully, if we older fans comment only on her posts here, we would not have any idiotic young fan wondering why older fans are commenting on them. The young fans can comment on the junior site, I’ll beg leave to remain here with sanity.

This will also work out for them as hopefully their pap profile will diminish as the young fans move on to current disney entertainers, enabling them live a more quiet lifestyle.
