Lipstick Jungle Canceled!
NBC’s drama Lipstick Jungle has been canceled, reports THR.
Kim Raver, Lindsay Price and Brooke Shields played the three female leads. That means no more shirtless Kirby Atwood (Robert Buckley)!!!
THR also reports freshman drama My Own Worst Enemy (with Christian Slater) also got the axe. No official comment has been made by NBC about either series just yet.
ARE YOU SAD to see either of those two shows go — Lipstick Jungle or My Own Worst Enemy?

I love Lipstick Jungle :( It is such a great show
I love Lipstick Jungle! Such a shame it got cancelled :(
Shame, but it was just another SATC, nothing original.
The ratings for the last episode were something like 3m, so hardly surprising it was cancelled.
Dirty Sexy Money, and Pushing Daisies are likely to be next,
I loved Lipstick Jungle, the actors are great on there. You really could
get into the characters & there stories. Finally a good chic program.
Wish NBC would change their mind.
I am disappointed. I love that show! I really enjoyed all the fashion. And I thought the ladies were fabulous.
Does anyone ever read these reviews that count? I loved Lipstick Jungle. It let me fanticize how the other half live! I wanted to see what was going to happen with Victory and Joe!
i actually like Lipstick Jungle
I watched it too. I hope there were enough episodes made, to sell the show’s collection on dvd. I hope the producers will change their mind keep the show on television.
LOVE LIPSTICK JUNGLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
LOVE LIPSTICK JUNGLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am pissed to hear the news of Lipstick Jungle being cancelled! That is crap!!! There are so many worse shows to watch in the NBC lineup and I can’t believe they cancelled the one I watch! This is craziness..I knew as soon as it moved to Friday it had been given the kiss of death. Has a show ever survived a Friday night on NBC? This is just terrible and why I hate to watch t.v. in the first place, as soon as I find a show I’m really into it gets cancelled. Thanks for nothing NBC!

OH NO!!!! My Own Worst Enemy is fantastic! I LOVE that show and haven’t missed an episode… It’s the only thing I watch on regular television… I’m so sad… :o(
I’m totally bummed out about the cancellation of “My Own Worst Enemy”! I agree with many of the earlier comments. The show was unique in many ways: it’s premise, the “mini-movie”-style. I found the dual/conflisting character compelling.
Why oh why do TV executives think all we want to watch is “Deal or No Deal”, “Dancing With The Stars” and “American Idol”! I guess this is why I usually watch cable channels!
Noooo nooo nooooo, i loooved lipstick jungle !!!!
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
why that is one of my favorite show, the guy is cute but he not why i love the show, nooooooooooooooooooooo why is this happend
I <3 Edward/Henry. Why can NBC not let a show grow a fan base? So lame.
I’m gonna miss Lipstick jungle. A really great show
I LOVE THAT SHOW!!!!! Thats the only good series on TV right now!!! I am SOO mad!!! PLEASE bring it back!!!!
i knew this was gonna happen, but i’m so sad!
Please do not cancel Lipstick Jungle. This is one of the best shown on TV . We have not missed one episode. I soooooo look forward to it every week!!!!!!!! NBC PLEASE PLEASE rethink your decision!!!!!!
We are so disappointed.
No, say it isn’t so. I absolutely love Lipstick Jungle. Loved Victory and Joe’s storyline; loved the 3 women’s friendships. I couldn’t wait for Fridays to sit down and immerse myself in this show. Please reconsider.
I loved Lipstick Jungle. It was the only show around for/about women. NBC never gave it a fair chance. It was the only show around dedicated to women. Boo, NBC!
Nobody should be down on NBC. They run a business and only comedies have the potential to grow. NBC sticks with shows longer than the other networks. ABC canceled Cashmere Mafia after last season and I think they had similar ratings to LJ. NBC also tries out diverse shows, not just the procedurals like CBS serves up. That is the problem though, most people want to watch that kind of crap. All I have to say is thank G-d for cable.
Not at all sad to see Lipstick Jungle go. I thought Cashmere Mafia (which was a very similar show that was canceled last year) was much better.
