The Curious Case of Benjamin Button opens on Christmas Day and was directed by David Fincher (Zodiac, Seven and Fight Club).
In an early review, Variety says, “Button is imagery wizard David Fincher’s big-canvas play for mass acceptance, and he’s fashioned an effects-laden but character-driven epic that recalls the sweetly doomed, emotional glamour of Hollywood’s golden era.”

You post is basically why I waffle on whether or not Brad should do an interview and cut X off at the knees and end this shite once and for all. He is NOT that kind of person though. He’s never once, in over 11 years, stated that Putrid cheated on him and that’s why he broke off their engagement. He very quietly gave an interview and said “someone” was badmouthing him around HW and had better stop…and didn’t even have to add “or suffer the consequences”. All the whispers about Brad being “dumb” dried up. He and everbody in HW knew it was Putrid. SHE got the message.
Brad could do the same thing now…the only problem is, X is so fcuking dense she wouldn’t heed the warning. She and Huvane would keep right on until Brad flat out called her a two-bit lying, narcisstic btich who doesn’t have an honest bone in her body and had better stop portraying Angie in a bad light or he’s going to tell how miserable their marraige really was. He may call her up and tell her that in private…but he’d never say it publicly like I want! That and a p0rn tape. I really don’t think that’s such a high price to pay for fan loyalty. It would makea really nice X-mas present for his fans…

I was watching the video of the Troy premiere in Cannes in 2004, and during the commentary, Brad’s name was continually being mentioned, with no menion of X’s name. It was like she wasn’t even there. She looked so out of place, and was grinning like the fool she is.
Why in heavens would Brad Pitt call Aniston out for “not moving on” and be upset about her FINALLY breaking her silence, after 3 years of Jolie blathering on and on and on about how she fell in love with Brad while he was still married. Talk about bi polar morals. Jolie can blather on about everything including Aniston but Aniston can’t make ONE measley comment in *response?* Puh-leeze.
Jolie’s latest comment about how her and Brad’s kids are fortunate to get to see where they’re parents fell in love being on the set of MAMS is incredibly uncouth, classless, and disgusting.
It is Jolie who *continues* to drag the past into the present, she’s the one who clearly hasn’t moved on. It’s called cause and effect. Had she not made that comment, Aniston wouldn’t have had to *finally* respond.
Aniston didn’t respond to Jolie’s many other classless and disgusting comments about the married man she was having an affair with….so, it’s about time Aniston *responds* to Jolie’s shameless, crass and disgusting antics.

PT, I hear what you are saying, but I think the time has long past for him to respond. He SHOULD have done it in 2005, after the infamous VF interview, and that is why a lot of Angie’s fans are still quite angry with him. However, when i read his last interview, where he said he was trying to do what was best for every one, I kind of understood where he was coming from. Unfortunately for him, his ex is a b**ch of the highest order. What he needs to do, if possible, is to make sure she is black-listed in HW, where she wouldn’t even be able to do a reality show. That would bring me immense satisfaction.

I can’t imagine that she did. Very few actresses get back-end deals. After the 2nd Shrek I think Cam Diaz got one on the 3rd and any subsequent movies…but other than that, actresses typically aren’t the main draw and studios won’t give them those kinds of deals. IIRC I read that Diaz only got like $1-2MIL for the first Shrek, $10MIL for the second and THEN she got a back end of the third. Mike Myers had back ends on 2 & 3, as did Eddie Murphy.
Women just aren’t that big a BO draw. You can bet your ass that people aren’t going to see the Pirates movies because of Keira Knightley! LOL. Depp gets a back-end. Knightley does not. But neither does Orly Bloom. That’s not to say that Angie couldn’t conceivably get a back end of the next KFP movie - espeically if her role is increased. She’s probably just about the only actress right now who cold ask for a deal like that - $20MIL or a back end percentage. It’ll be interesting to see what she really gets for “Salt”. I read on a couple of sites last week that it’s $20MIL and the budget is between $90-100MIL. It’s supposed to be a large scale movie with location shoots in LA, NYC, DC and Moscow. Now I just have to remember which site I saw that one…Ropes of Scilicon maybe…

No he didn’t.. That was a fake quote made up by an Aussie tabloid. Brad only did 1 interview after he dumped X where he talked about the divorce - that was GQ, which he did in March and the issue came out in June. Until he did the V interview last year he hadn’t spoken about the divorce on record since his GQ interview in 2005. Tha’s why so many hardcore Angie fans are mad at him and want him to defend her - because the two times he has talked about the failure of his marriage he didn’t exactly crucify X like he should!

CC, seriously, have you seen recent pictures of him, he has aged tremendously, I know he isn’t in his 20s, or even 30s, but come on , I have always been a big fan, and I am just concerned, he doesn”t look well ..maybe its just stress..and that is not to condem his lifestyle or anything about his family..we all have our everyday stresses..I always wish him well.
