Ted made everyone believed that angelina was the person but failed to mention the word “marriage”. It took him a year to say that person is married.
Its just crazy the things people will say to make someone look bad.
You know it happens to me daily at work…I happen to be a Certified Public Accountant and in my last year of law school.. The women here can be so vile it makes you sick to your stomach.
Gosh I cannot imagine what Angie goes thru, I know she puts on this face that it does not matter and so do I. In most cases, it doesn’t but sometimes it matters to me.
You can even tell at the photo call in London, Angie and Brad just looked ready to lash out at the papparazzi. Brad was holding her tight, like a protective shield. How more ridiculous can people get? When will enough be enough for these people.
They are humanbeings with lots of money…they have all parts that make the human….including feelings.
I remember what it was like when I moved to the US, kids could be so mean. Part of it was jealousy because I traveled and attended one of the best boarding schools. My parents are doctors so they could afford certain things…and it was like “oh she is the rich girl”
I mean the nasty comments were terrible, and I was as shy as can be. Being in a new school and coming from a foreign country.

PT, thanks for bringing over th US sneaky lies. It was a little difficult to read, but I was able to gather enough information to see that they twisted facts with lies. It would have been so easy to just tell the truth.
It was funny to read where they said that Brad told x that he and Angie hadn’t slept together. But yet they call him an adulterer. But for all of their manipulation of the truth x still comes out looking the worse.
When I first read the NYT article my first reaction was not another hatchet job on Angie. Because they did the whole recycle job of the kiss, the blood, the lie, etc. But upon rereading it I came to the conclusion that most non trolls will come to, which is da*n that Angie is one smart woman.
What was the reporter’s name, Barnes something? I am certain that was not his intention. Sometimes things happen in a way that wasn’t planned.
As for not attacking Brad. I think they do, but it is more covert. Plus in the US article didn’t they say that women attack other women? Barnes is probably a women also. Brad is not as intimidating as Angie. Or that is what people want to think.
Looking at that Forbes list of HW’s most powferful couples. To think that BP/AJ only make $34 mil and they can do all that they do, the travel, the hired help, it is amazing. Obama should hire one or both as Sec of Treasury.

My main problems are that they left Brad out of the equation - like he’s some innocent bystander. FOR YEARS before he hooked up with Angie he was accused of manufacturing the “Golden Couple” image and he’s been known to drag the ratzi around the mud just to do it. Brad didnt’ declare himself the “zen master” for nothing. But…put him and Angie together? Knowing they think alike anyway? There’s just no way Angie is doing all of this without Brad’s help.
My second problem was that the supposedly high brow NYT went with the sensationalized headline for the story just like the tabs do. Plus, it’s in the business section of the paper. They don’t do that crap with their other business stories. You don’t see, “WARREN BUFFET’S CAREFULLY ORCHESTRATED IMAGE”. They’d call the story, “Buffet Retools Public Image”. I just don’t like that they sunk so low to get attention for the story. They knew the story would generate hits, so there was no need to gild the lily.

He was angry and distraught. X was aware of it because she was insecure of Paltrow. This is what really makes X angry. She wants a reaction out of Brad and for four years, she hasn’t been able to do it. That’s why Bill Swecker (Aniston Hack) wrote that story about Brad furiously calling X to shut up. Huvane played coy by saying it was a private matter. He wouldn’t say yes or no to give the impression that Brad did call. This is what X wants. She wants the public to think that she does matter and she can get a reaction out of Brad if she wants. Of course, Brad’s every action for the past four years says otherwise. Brad has been smart not to react in any way. His interview with Oprah says everything. He mentioned Angie’s name so many times and couldn’t stop talking about the kids. He’s happy and oblivious to X. hehehe

I think you’re dead on the money - X desperately wants to evoke a reaction from Brad…and he just doesn’t care.
Even though Brad was torn up over his break up with Putrid…he didn’t go back and he didn’t look back. It’s not like Putrid wasn’t willing to stay together. Brad was the one who broke the engagement, not her. I think other long-time Brad fans have made this comment in the past - Brad doesn’t go back. When it’s over, it over and he moves on. X ought to know that, but she’s so damned clingy she just won’t let it go. And if she has let it go like she keeps claiming…she’s doing a damned poor job of showing it.

That was my fav part of the US rag piece, the fact that Brad feels nothing for Maniston - if anything was a ‘knife,’ to Jen Aniston, THAT was. Man, and Janice Min really turned that sucker too. The funny thing is that before I went to Awardsdaily to check to see if they had a CCOBB review I had gone to the NYT to leave a comment, but saw you needed to register…however…there was a form to send an e-mail to the author, so I did…and among other things, that bit about no reporter EVER leaving out Jolie’s past is one of my comments. If we’re ALL judged by stuff we did at 14 (cutting), 19 (lesbian relationship), 22 (S&M), 19-25 (drugs), up until Brad (bad choices in lovers!) - then EVERYBODY on this planet is in trouble. Unless it was illegal or immoral, just because you did something stupid at 19 is no reason why you should continually be villified for it way into your 30s. It’s just ridiculous…

Deej’s post has been deleted, but I take it she was talking about Fake a la Ferocity? I didn’t know Ted FINALLY said the person was married. I’ve always thought he pulled the story out of his ass anyway, so no big shock that he tried to make it sound like Angie, but it’s not. Same with Toothy Tile - pulled out of his ass. Too bad he leaves his head up there…
I haven’t posted yet because I’ve been ill and had to catch up. Let me start by saying that I watched the Oprah show on Wed and found it quite interesting and fresh. I don’t care for O because of her tatics but she seemed to be so interested in Angelina and the kids I feel more of Angie. I think she was trying to read him and when she found that he is really in love w/ Angie and loves his kids she kinda got on board. I have bee giving Pitt up the country because he’s been kinda quiet and for me it was a postive show. I don’t know anything personal about this couple but I do believe it is a true love story. See how easy it was for him to say small things that went a long way. Maybe if had said some things earlier things wouldn’t have gotten out of hand. I also think he couldn’t take anymore of the beat down the press was giving Angie.
Now for the NYT article it is very obvious that they don’t care for her because of recent articles by some of their journalists. But I think this article shows everyone just how smart she is. No PR people or agents. She controls her life totally and as BRad said she has no boss. That enpowerment to me. You go girl. No one cares that she called the paps to see her playing w/Mad. It’s no lie that she loves her children,. In this case they were going to hunt her down anyways.
Controlling what someone prints about you is every stars dream and if she made that kinda deal and got away with it, she needs to add pr agent to her resume.
They were the idiots and that desperate to get photos. I don’t find it minupulative or pimping thats being smart. No wonder she can semi-retire and stay at home. I DO BELIEVE that her transformation is true and that she loves her humanitarian work. No one would do that for so long without having passion for it. She puts herself in danger and is very dedicated to her causes. She wouldn’t put herself through all the choas of all of these small kids without loving them. They need to change the nameof the joke from kid collector to money collector.
I like Brad a lot, specially for being sensitive, just like Angelina and humble, also like Angelina.
