OlderJennifer Aniston to John Mayer: Meet My Dad!
John Mayer met girlfriend Jennifer Aniston’s dad, also named John, Wednesday at Beverly Hills Hotel’s posh Polo Lounge.
Joining Jen, 39, and John, 31, was Days of our Lives star John Aniston, 75, and his second wife, Jen’s stepmom Sherry Rooney, and another older couple.
“Jen’s dad seemed very impressed with John and the two got on real well,” an onlooker tells Star.
Even though the two sat directly across the table from her dad, “they couldn’t keep their hands off each other,” an eyewitness reveals. “Jen was constantly rubbing his hair and John was rubbing her back, then every so often they would steal a kiss. They both looked very happy and very much in love.”
Adds another onlooker: “John and Jen held hands under the table. She would put her arm around him and he would reach up and grasp her hands. But John was fidgeting and texting under the table looking a bit nervous.”
After starting with a round of cocktails, John and Jen shared a salad, followed by a fish entree. She was even seen feeding him a vegetable off her fork.
“John spent a lot of time talking about his music philosophies — why certain decades have better music,” says the eyewitness. “He discussed his experiences with Aretha Franklin and made a joke about Tom Hanks.”

Sorry Sami, but you are dead wrong. I do not go to Angie threads to bash Angie. If you can find one where I have I would like to see it. I stay off Angie threads. I am not an Angie fan. I will comment on the cute kids if there are pics of the kids but I avoid the Angie threads. I wish the Angie fans could avoid the Jen threads. I have noticed that they come right in and start talking about the Godly Angelina on a Jen thread.
As far as Jen and her Mom I do not know the full story. Do you? And I am talking details as to why their relationship is not good. Not just a simple word or two. How can I judge Jen if I do not know what happened between her and her Mom. I know a few people who do not get along with their parents but I surely do not ask them why, it is none of my buisness unless they offer that information on their own will. If you know first hand what the problems are with Jen and her Mom I would love for you to share. But I am not talking phony bologna things that people just “assume” I want FACTS!

Not at all a Jenn fan. The way she conducts and manipulates her life just annoys the heck out of me. Jenn NEVER seems sincere in ANYTHING she does. Her entire life seems like one big staged PR stunt. Besides the fact Jen is just not that great of an actress.
AS for comparing Jenn with the JP’s or bashing AJ or BP, why? They both made completely different life choices. Period

PRLog (Press Release) – Nov 10, 2008 – Senior Mothers Adoption Activist Coalition or SMAAC, an organization for women who were forced to surrender children to adoption during the EMS (Era of Mass Surrender) from WW2 to 1973 announce a boycott of the movie, The Changeling, with Angelina Jolie.
We find it ironic that the movie, based on the loss of a child and the subsequent attempts to cover up the blunders in the investigation and follow up seems a strange choice of an appealing vehicle for Jolie, who has become a sort of icon of Serial Adoption. Particularly ironic is the impassioned, Sarah Bernhard-esque, chest-pounding scene shown in the advertisement, where she states, with great drama and sincerity, “I want MY son!” which is precisely the feeling that the mothers of that era expressed about the time when their children were forcibly taken to be adopted by more worthy (due only to their marital status) people..
One can only speculate at her motivation, but the choice is particularly painful for women whose children were no more orphans than some of the babies adopted by Jolie. We would urge all who value the natural family and its sanctity; join us in our boycott of this film.

ivermom I think sami’s point was that you guys judge Angelina and Brad based on tabloid lies yet dispute an actual interview where Jen called her own mother a disease. now no matter what happened there is no excuse for that. so it exposes the hypocrisy of Ms Aniston’s fans to believe lies, yet there are interviews where Ms Aniston shows through her own words just how classless and spiteful and hateful she is to her own family such as Brad when she said he wasn’t the love of her life (so then if there was an affair which there wasn’t how could she be upset when she doesn’t love him) and to her own mother. her own interviewsm her own words, show what a manipulative and repulsive person she is and in my view it takes a really low down tacky person to lie someone like Ms Aniston.
