Zac Efron Gets Low, Low, Low
High School Musical hottie Zac Efron lets his Diesel “Thanaz” jeans ride low as he leaves Walt Disney Studios with a couple of scripts in his hands in Burbank, Calif. on Thursday.
With HSM 3 behind him, perhaps the 21-year-old actor is looking over roles to break out from his teen sensation background? (Or not?)
Zac is excited for actor Twilight’s Robert Pattinson, saying, “I’m stoked for him. I’m gonna be there! I’ll be watching Twilight in theaters - probably opening!”

Wow I love the homophobia of some people, and Zac isn’t even gay. I astounds me how some people hate on others for no reason. Its pathetic and low.
Zac and V have not broken up, get over it. By all accounts, V is actually not well, she is probably in her new home sorting things out and resting. Zac and V’s relationship is sacred between them, get over yourselves and go find something better to do than to whine on about them, they don’t care what you think.
Those don’t even look like scripts, It actually looks like a book. we writers don’t bind scripts like that ever, plus scripts usually get given to the actor by the agents not studios. Footloose is being done by Paramount the last I heard, but perhaps it was something to do with Kenny. If someone offers you a meeting, you take the meeting. Also the Screenplay for Footloose is being done by the guy who directed Nick and Norah, thats awesome as that movie was so good.
Zac is brilliant though, and he will be great in whatever he decides to do next. Detractors are only futher reason to succeed. Love him!
As long as he’s not doing a Disney Channel related movie, I’m good.
He did mention that they are still working out the approach to take with Footloose so if those are scripts, they might be the first drafts for him to look over.
I don’t see him wanting to work with Disney on any of their kids oriented movies. That would be a backward step.
For the closet fans who pretend to hate ZV but are really obsessed with them, this post is about Zac, can we keep it mainly about him?
We know you crave for news about them and are trying to provoke us into sharing what we know with you in a subversive way, it’s not working.
ZV FANS: Let’s stop responding to ‘zac is a rat’ and Ryan B, they just want attention and frankly, they are not worth it, our time is better utilized supporting and discussing positive and fun stuff about ZV on their respective threads.
Their worst is to repeat incoherent delusions like broken records. they are non-existent for ZV and should be for us.
At least they help with our comment count and it might be therapeutic for them so they’re not all bad.
Enough with these non-issues.
More pleasantly, What kind of movies would people like to see Zac in?

Naomi, I’d love to see him do an action flick or a serious drama of some sort. I think Gilbert Grape brought out a side of Leo DiCaprio that we’d not seen, and I think a good drama could do that for Zac too.
And I’m with you…..anything but a teen oriented movie. And I have nothing against teens…at all!! But I’d like to see him taken as a more serious actor!!
