Christina Aguilera Heads to AMAs Rehearsals
Christina Aguilera arrives at the Nokia Theatre for the 2008 American Music Awards rehearsals in Hollywood on Thursday.
The 27-year-old will open the AMAs on Sunday with a seven-minute medley of her greatest hits.
According to Us Weekly, the opening number will include “Genie in a Bottle,” “Fighter”, “Beautiful,” “Keeps Getting Better” and “Dirrty.”
“We are very excited to have Christina Aguilera perform at this year’s show,” Dick Clark Productions President Orly Adelson said in a statement. “She raises the bar with each live performance and you can expect something special at the 2008 ‘American Music Awards.’”
