Robert Pattinson sips on a coke before interviewing Paramore’s Hayley Williams at Hollywood’s Velvet Margarita for Myspace’s Artist on Artist.
The pair, who are featured on the Twilight soundtrack, asked each other questions about their experiences growing up, their passions and what was life before their vampire-themed movie.

Of all of the harmful things we put in the media, Twilight is the worst because it masquerades as something good. Parents think it’s fine because they don’t have premarital sex and a horribly dependent, unhealthy, and dangerous relationship is romanticized. It shows a relationship where her entire character is based around devotion to him and where he won’t be with her for eternity until he gets her pregnant! Add to that the fact that vampirism is treated like a gift and not a curse (because as emo as Edward is about it, in the end he and Bella are pretty smug about being together FOREVER) and you’ve got a really terrifying message for teenage girls.
Gossip Girl is pretty trashy but at least it’s honest about being a bad example. The problem is, this is presented as a good example.
I can’t imagine the film will shape up to the book in anyway. I told my housemate the trailer even makes the film look cheesy, and though it looks like Rob does a standup job of the whole cocky attractiveness of Edward (though seemingly a lot more serious than I expected), Kristen seems to be playing Bella as constantly pre-menstrual. In my head, when I was reading the book Bella was quite upbeat, she’d fallen in love and she was HAPPY, if confused and bewildered by Edward. In the trailer she seems annoyed, and annoying, constantly frowning.

The movie was okay and I liked it becasue it was simply. You guys have to remember this movie is pretty hard to act because it was a totally different atmosphere. Im glad there wasnt that much special effect otherwise it would have been as dumb as Harry Potter. So i liked it ,but of course the book was better
twilight was actually good… very good. the effects on the other hand were not. LOL
i watched that interview, and it is so freakin hilarious! hahaha.
and i’ve seen Twilight 3 times! twice on Friday, and once today :D it was AMAZING!!! the best movie EVER!! and i MIGHT go see it tomorrow with my brother’s girlfriend…and me and my sister are going to see it either on Tuesday or Wednesday with my cousin. probably Tuesday…cuz i wanna see it as soon as possible. haha.

Paramore sucks. They have no talent. Even Katy Perry sings better than Hayley.
a lot of people who commented on this article hates twilight and Rob. only a few of us here loves it. Twilight didn’t ask you to love it and neither did Rob so shut up you guys. :P
