Zac Efron and Leonardo DiCaprio sit next to each other as they watch the Los Angeles Lakers defeat the Denver Nuggets, 104-90, at Staples Center on Friday in Los Angeles.
The 21-year-old teen heartthrob and 34-year-old former teen heartthrob sat next to each other and shared many laughs together throughout the night. Look. They’re even folding their hands the same way! Seems like Leo passed on the teen hearthrob crown to Zac tonight!
Maybe Leo worships Zac after all.
Last month, Zac talked about transitioning from poster boy to Oscar contender. He said, “I would love to just sit down and talk with Leonardo DiCaprio and Johnny Depp and pick their brains about their early careers. They do it because they love it, not because they enjoy being famous.”
Looks like Zac got his wish!
Also sitting next to Leo was Entourage star Kevin Connolly.

Leonardo is 13 years older than Zac and Johnny Depp is technically old enough o be Zac’s father. What’s the point? Both Leonardo and Johnny have been around a lot longer than Zac and SHOULD be more well known with their movies and acting. They both should have awards by now IF they were all that great. How can you detractors KNOW what is going to be Zac’s outcome in another 10 years? Johnny started out on a little show like 21 Jump Street. He had his problems and detractors way back when. Leonardo started out on a little show like Family Ties in the later years when it was winding down and he didn’t make the show suddenly popular again. Both Johnny and Leonardo started out in humble beginnings. And Johnny? I understand some of his recent most famous works is with a little known company by the name of Disney…also he has done the same character for them 3(!!!) times and is planning on doing it again. Too bad he can’t do anything else now…
And frankly, before Leonardo did Titanic he was not followed everywhere he went by paps—nor was Johnny—-trying to get a picture just because they were getting a coffee or smoothie or going to the gym. Maybe there are more paps and they are more aggressive now a days but still that is fact about the paps following Zac around. And nobody can deny Zac is a hunk.

But I am going out there to say this: As someone pointed out last night Perez never has called Vanessa Zac’s girlfriend , Perez has always maintained Zac is gay. So, now he writes a story that the gay boy cheated on his girlfriend and got a waitress pregnant? Well, either Perez is trying to get more attention and found he had to change his thinking and preaching about Zac—which says right there he has no facts or sense and he lies—-or he is not talking about Zac at all. I have a feeling he wasn’t even meaning Zac but I’m sure he is enjoying putting Zac in the hot seat nevertheless.

You know I didn’t find that Leo could act all that great when he started out on Family Ties. Practice makes perfect. If you watch HSM 1,2, and 3 you can’t deny Zac has gotten better and better. He’s wonderful in Hairspray. And look at the trailer for 17 Again and you will see how far he has come even there.
Nobody is trying to take away from Leo or Johnny. I may not like Leo but I really love watching Johnny. I could point out that Johnny has done a lot of different type characters and proved he is a winner at all things whereas Leo hasn’t had that wide of a range of styles yet. BUT the fact that both Leo and Johnny have been around being successful is proof enough they have what it takes. But I want to point out it is unfair to say what another ten years will bring for Zac. Give him a chance. He has started out pretty strong you don’t know what will happen. And you may be like me not liking Leo and you will never particularly care for Zac but I won’t say Leo is a dude just because I don’t like him even after all these years.

I honestly think PH was referring to Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo, as the couple together for 3 years, who got some waitress pregnant, supposedly. Slimeball Perez just wanted people to THINK it was Zac. It makes more sense though, since rumor has it they’re having “problems”, but those are just rumors.
So lay off of Zac……that would totally not be his style. He’s got more integrity than that, people.
