Ali Landry - 2008 American Music Awards

Ali Landry of Doritos fame arrives for the 2008 American Music Awards at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday.

Jimmy Kimmel returns for the fifth time as host for the two-hour show. Expected performances included: Beyonce, Christina Aguilera, Kanye West, the Jonas Brothers, Mariah Carey, Miley Cyrus, New Kids on the Block, Coldplay, Leona Lewis, Alicia Keys, Sarah McLachlan, Taylor Swift, Pink, Ne-Yo and Annie Lennox.

Well, she was on the show “Eve” and appeared in the movie “Bella.” She is married to a director and she was Miss USA…oh, and she is GORGEOUS.

All great reasons to be there.

Thank you #2, my thoughts exactly. You never see her really except on all these baby blogs. And, the picture is always “shopping” on Robertson Blvd or The Grove - all paparazzi havens!! And, she’s never spotted out just picking up some diapers or something. It’s always in full on hair and makeup and the baby is always dressed for a wedding! Using her kid to get photo ops, real classy! The Doritos ads are pretty old now. Guess she’s trying to get back on the Hollywood radar.

She tries way to hard and appears very pretentious. I just read an article online where she says she flies to Louisiana to buy all her baby’s clothes because Estela is “classic baby”. Like they don’t have nice baby clothes in L.A.?? Good lord. You hardly see her poor husband. He’s probably working his butt off to support her lazy lifestyle.
