Hannah Montana superstar Miley Cyrus arrives for the 2008 American Music Awards at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday. She wore a Marchesa mini and Giuseppe Zanotti pumps.
She’s also celebrating her 16th birthday today. HAPPY BIRTHDAY MILEY!
Jimmy Kimmel returns for the fifth time as host for the two-hour show. Expected performances include: Beyonce, Christina Aguilera, Kanye West, the Jonas Brothers, Mariah Carey, Miley Cyrus, New Kids on the Block, Coldplay, Leona Lewis, Alicia Keys, Sarah McLachlan, Taylor Swift, Pink, Ne-Yo and Annie Lennox.

wow all you girls complaining about the dress must be a prude. have guys seen how the girls in highschool dress up these days? especially for school dances? if anything, miley is dressed appropriately and looks very beautiful.
miley look stunningly beautiful as always . i think her dress is right with the occasion. she looks so pretty and no she should not cut her hair. miley hair is one of beautiful assets she has as well as her eyes. very long hair looks beautiful on her it goes with her face frain. she looks really pretty with long hair when she performs her hair gives her a lot more energy.

i think she look wonderful and gorgeous as usual. her performance at the awards was so fantastic and original love it. she was the best performance i thought that rihanna performance was going to be good but it wasnt it miley was the best one of the night really original and unique unlike any other. great job miley so different keep me looking i was holy god she did fantastic i was like wow!!! look very sexy!!
people need to realize that miley cyrus ISNT a normal 16 year old. obviously, when you were 16, you didnt dress like that cus you cant! she on the other hand always has to go to award shows etc. and she obviously cant waer jeans and a tank there so she has to wear dresses! just get over it already, she isn’t acting older than her age.
