Beyonce ‘Puts a Ring on It’ at the AMAs
Uh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh…
Beyonce (in Armani Privé) performs her anthem “Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)” at the 2008 American Music Awards at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday.
Jimmy Kimmel returns for the fifth time as host for the two-hour show. Other performances included: Christina Aguilera, Kanye West, the Jonas Brothers, Mariah Carey, Miley Cyrus, New Kids on the Block, Coldplay, Leona Lewis, Alicia Keys, Sarah McLachlan, Taylor Swift, Pink, Ne-Yo and Annie Lennox.

#25 ITA…Rihance like I like to call her needs to go work on her vocals and also learn how to dance. Beyonce always performs with 100% energy plus she sounds fantastic when she sings live…especially doing all those steps.

that performance was amazing. High energy. Great moves. IT is an award show and not a church service. She worked that song.
Like Beyonce or not, you have toadmit she is low profile a lot in her personal life, keeps out of of the gossip pages ,and does not show up on my tv expressing her high school education like oh, Tom Cruise, and so many other entertainers who we do not need to hear from. Beyonce keeps her opinions about things to herself.
What I do not like abouther is Jay Z and that sister of hers , Solange . Jay Z is rich, but a thug still. Ugly too. Solange needs to get some personality for dealing with the media and get a another line of work.

Beyonce blew up at the American Music Awards which was great because the rest of the show was boring and it is obvious the little Teeny Boppers voted for their favourites who sounded horrible live..

Why do these girls insist on wearing their f*cking underwear to perform? All of them…Beyonce, Christina, Britney and every damn one of them at one point or another have worn outfits consisting of lingerie and underwear. Thanks for that, girls. That’s what the older generations fought so hard for women’s rights for. So you could still use sex to sell your sh*tty albums.
I was very impressed with her performance and I am not normally a fan - I think I might go out and get her album. Whoever said the rest of the show was boring got that right, but Beyonce really liven things up with that performance.
