The sexiest man alive shook my hand!!!!! I (in Ben Sherman) was lucky enough to meet Hugh Jackman (in Isaia and custom Ferragamo shoes) and his lovely wife Deborra-Lee tonight at the Ziegfeld theater during the NYC premiere of his latest outback flick, Australia.
Now, I will not wash my hand for one week. I hope it doesn’t get crusty!
Also spotted: Gossip Girl on-and-off-screen couple Blake Lively and Penn Badgley, both grabbing bags of popcorn and bottles of water at the concession stand. A very pregnant Naomi Watts holding onto her belly, out to support her fellow Aussie pals, Hugh and Nicole. Top Chef host Padma Lakshmi talking with a few gal pals. Heatherette’s Richie Rich chatting up socialite Lydia Hearst. John Leguizamo walking into the theater. Former American Idol contestant Michael Johns walking in with his wife Stacey Vuduris. The City star Jay Lyon (Whitney Port’s love interest) waiting for someone… Whitney, perhaps?

Did you get to see the movie??? Because there are rumors that Nicole sucks in it. And I am starting to believe it. Because she is hardly in the previews on tv.
I saw the movie last week, Mia. I enjoyed every second of it. Baz is a genius and each frame stands out with something beautiful. It’s not as crazy and fun as Moulin Rouge but this one is more epic… and sweeping.
Isn’t he just adorable, Jared? We met him during ‘The Boy from Oz’, and saw him from the front row. You’ll never meet a sexier, or nicer man. Never.

Hugh Jackson has always been one of my absolute favorites…..what a man!!! He’s gorgeous, sweet, family oriented, and just a great guy!! He’s the WHOLE package!!

Lucky you Jared. I know what you mean. I met him too, but I was was so blown away when he looked me right in the eyes (and he has gorgeous hazel ones) I couldn’t say a thing. I am so glad he is finally getting the attention he so richly deserves through his hard work and talent. Go Hugh!!!
