OlderBeyonce Premieres ‘Cadillac Records’
Beyonce glams up the red carpet in a black Dolce & Gabbana dress with puff sleeves at the premiere of her new movie, Cadillac Records, held at The Egyptian Theater on Monday in Hollywood. The 27-year-old actress finished off her outfit with a glitzy belt and Brian Atwood heels (the backs were jewel-encrusted).
Beyonce portrays singer Etta James in the drama musical, out Dec. 5. Cadillac Records explores the 1950s musical era, chronicling the life of the influential Chicago-based record-company executive Leonard Chess, and the singers who recorded for Chess Records.
Beyonce, 27, and husband Jay-Z, 38, recently topped Forbes’ list of Hollywood’s richest couples - with combined earnings for 2008 of $162 million.

Sad to have all that money and do so little for others. You rarely if ever hear of her or Jay-Z doing anything charitable or giving of their TIME to help the less fortunate. Nope, you only see them on yachts and her with a gazillion dollar ring or that fugly Dereon stuff she wears that is overly priced. And don’t give me they do it quietly crap. Almost all celebs are at heart narcistic and they all want/need/must have the exposure, it’s a boost to their career and they well know it (or else their PR people do). Nope, they are just selfish.
Marcia Marcia go easy with green before you have a heart attack. Your GREEN eye is showing you up and it is bad for your health. Can’t win with you haters. If you give publicly you are pimping your children, you give on the quiet you are mean and selfish. If you are rich you should not enjoy the fruit of your hard work, you should hide away and live in squalor to apease the less fortunate. Envy, jealousy is really an ugly thing.
If Beyonce’s songs were garbage. They wouldn’t be number 1.
Last time I checked both her songs “If I were a boy” and “Single Ladies” were # 1 on several of the billboard charts. That’s 2 songs at # 1 simultaneously.
