Hey Good Victoria! And anyone else. I’d love for someone to explain the appeal of this woman.
I never watched Dawson’s Creek. Never knew who she really was until seeing her hook up with Cruise.
To be blunt. I cannot understand why anyone would like her. She is so vapid, bordering on moronic.
She thinks she is a fashion icon, but as the Tim Gunn poster points out in scathing terms–she is not.
She apparently allows Suri to run the household (guess Suri is the stronger, more confident of the two women and let’s just forget Bella - right Tom?).
And any interview I’ve seen her in–ohmigod. She sounds totally like an idiot. Even the magazines she has interviewed with have gone on gossip record as saying the interviews were strange.
She seems to have such a limited vocabulary. Everything at one point was awesome. Then like wonderful. Then like magical. Then like whatever. She was the one that said Suri was a strong and confident woman at 2. Puh-leez. And now Tom says it about the two of them. Can this woman not think an original thought?
Is this a Scientology thing? Everybody parrots the same words?
Like I said, I didn’t know who she was before Tom. And from what I see, she is a vapid, boring, idiotic, actress who married power and money and now she has delusions that she is a great actress, a broadway hit actress, a talented fashion designer etc.
Explain this to me. I don’t get her appeal. I’d love to understand it. It might make me more tolerable of her foibles and not want to throw up when I hear her vapid “magical” statements.

What does Katie get?

Scientology. That’s what she gets. She doesn’t question it, she never questions Tom. All the media reports about her fighting for her christianity is absolute rubbish - the woman is completely brainwashed. The child she ‘bore’ was fed the sugar, barley mixture that El Ron Hubbard made up like he made up the doctrine members of the Cult follow. Any mother worth her salt would know that barely water and sugar are not going to make a baby grow well at all, but brainwashed scifag Katie did because its ALL ABOUT TOM!!!! If she didn’t follow El Ron’s directions to the letter it would make TOM look bad and give rise for his cult to be pissed on more than it is now.

This look she has right now: shes been audited. Massive amounts of vitamins and heat to rid her of her thetans. She has thetans because she bought the story of Christianity. Check for yourself as to what LRon Hubbard says about that religion. It makes it impossible for anyone to be a Christian Scientologist. Simply put, Christianity is a bad thetan that has to be removed before one can enter the upper echelons of the Scientology Organisation.

You know Mr. Blonde. I asked a question. Why does every one like this vapid sounding woman who appears to have the intelligence of a gnat.

Instead of saying anything intelligent, you go on attack. So why should I like her? What have you ever said to make any of us have some respect for her? Nothing. You just sit there and dispute anything you don’t like. Instead of explaining the fascination you have for her. Why do you think people call you a stalker, a scientologist, a tomkat employee?

NO I don’t dislike her because she has not one iota of fashion sense. I don’t care for her because not one intelligent thing has come out of her mouth as long as I’ve been reading about her on JJ or having her stuffed down my throat on television etc.

And as to why all of us are criticizing her on JJ - it is because he posts threads on her every day. I’ve said this before - I only read a couple of entertainment blogs. It sometimes seems like everytime I check JJ–there is another thread. It is annoying. And I express my annoyance as do many others.

This is a blog. We have the right to express our dislike, our love, our whatever towards any subject JJ posts threads about. Including your beloved Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise and that poor child they haul around as a PR prop.

Some of us don’t take everything at face value you know. Some of us have worked in the business (oh my now you are going to shoot us for being media savvy like you usually do) and know these stars, these A-Listers aren’t there by luck. There is a lot of behind the scenes manipulation. So forgive us for suspecting that taking Suri out on a daily basis or seeing Katie daily just may smack of orchestration especially since we never see them when they are in LA or when they don’t want to be seen.

You are always saying it is impossible for TomKat to escape the paps. So are you saying, since Tom says he is NYC with Katie all the time, that Tom sits in the apartment ALL day and ALL night and never goes out. After all, we haven’t seen too many pictures of the man since she started the play. So if he isn’t sitting in the apartment all the time Mr. Blonde. Where is he? Where has he gone? How has he escaped the Paps? And since he can escape the paps, why can’t Katie? Is she too vapid and lacking in intelligence that she can’t figure it out? So instead she makes a spectacle of her daughter hauling her around? Just waiting for the paps to get those fabulous pictures Tom raves about (which was really a stupid stupid thing to say–he loves the pics the paps take of Suri, give me a break. She is two years old and shouldn’t be in a situation like this regardless of how friendly she is).

Whether you want to believe it or not, TomKat won’t always be followed by paps and enjoy this popularity. So then what? Poor Suri then gets the pap entourage. Somehow, Mr. Blonde I can’t see paps following a 60 year old man around which Tom will be in what 15 years or so? Do you really see him leading a bunch of paps around then? But Suri will be 18, so he has set it up so they will follow her. Poor baby. Too bad her parents don’t care enough to protect her now in order to allow her to lead a more normal life (if she wants) later.

Looks old and tired. Was it worth sellling yourself and your child out for the money and hiding the real trujth.
