Victoria’s Secret angel Miranda Kerr has an income of more than $3 million, a Hollywood boyfriend (Orlando Bloom) and a body that just won’t quit. Check out what the Australian beauty told Page Six Magazine.
On her jet-setting lifestyle working as a Victoria’s Secret Angel: “In the last 22 days, I’ve been to eight different countries. Honestly, I’m always on an airplane. I spend a lot of time on beautiful little islands, but generally its one day here and then flying, then one day there, then fly. But I feel very grateful to have so much work, especially with the economy how it is.”
On her relationship with Orlando Bloom: “Everyone asks me to talk about him and they get really annoyed with me when I say no, but if you want to know about him, why don’t you go and ask him? I’m sorry, but that’s just how it is.”
On being approached to model: “I was so reluctant to do it at first. I was like ‘Eh, models, they’re like this or like that,’ which was totally wrong on my behalf. But I just felt like I wanted to do something with a bit more substance.”
On having a family one day: “I’ve always wanted kids, so…someday…eventually, yes, it will happen. My ideal situation would be to live on a farm in a solar-powered house with a hammock and a vegetable patch. When this is all over that’s where I’ll be.”

It makes sense when its someone so desperate to stay out in front with any fame she can get. She would not throw a hissy because she would risk severing that tie (as she has done with papers back home by acting superior to the ones interviewing) even though they butchered her face and made the features on it look the way THEY wanted, not the way she actually looks. I wouldnt accuse her of being a diva if she stuck up for herself, but she didnt. Divas and famewhores are most definitely not the same thing. One person can be both, but that would usually come after they hit the big time.

I think its not normal - all the photoshpping and editing that happens, but it seems you missed my point…..see the start of this post and read it again. If you misread my words that is not my problem. The actresses mentioned most certainly did not make their beef after public knowledge, in fact, they mentioned it IN SPITE of public knowledge. Kate Winslet wanted the real pics released. She said she was tired of being misrepresented because she is built the way real women are built - THATS impressive. But thank you for insulting her just to defend Miranda. Kate Winslet is a person to be respected. Miranda Kerr wants to advise young girls to do juice fasts and other ridiculous things…that is not healthy for growing girls. They can screw their bodies up big time by not getting proper nutrition. Young athletes and models are perfect examples in spite of the misrepresentation that “thin” means healthy. But I guess her correspondence course in nutrition makes her an expert on what young growing girls need. [inserteyeroll]
I think Miranda fans think she is not liked by others because she dates Orlando. Thats just what got her noticed in his fandom, but I assure you on my behalf as well as many others, it has nothing to do with jealousy. Im with the posters making the point that either he is a crap boyfriend making her look like a tool all the time in public, or he doesnt have a real relationship with her and it is all for show. Either way, he seems to not really care what people think of her as long as he doesnt have to defend her in the public eye. Venice is just one of many bad examples that we have seen of very inconsistent behavior on his part. If he really cared about her, he would make more of an effort, and that is what people continually point out and other people continually refuse to see. She looks like an idiot where he, and this weird relationship, are concerned. I’d say its none of our business if she didnt continually always make it public business. She cant help but mention him. Everyone knows that interviewers can be given off limits questions from the interviewee, and she either doesnt have the credentials to demand such things, or she wants the questions to be asked so that she can pretend to refuse to answer them. His name still gets mentioned, and she still gets to talk about him and pretend she didnt want to. I dont even care if she does or doesnt, its the point that they profess to want a private relationship, but do pic fests and pretend refusals. Its just making them both look like idiots. Its not like this is the POTC days and people continually hound him. Most people would just stop watching this whateveritis relationship happen if he was working again and giving his fans something other to watch than this. I think he has potetial to be doing substantial roles, even in this economy. Too bad he isnt…..his film roles are/were much much more entertaining.
There are people who know what she is really like, aside from how she pretends to be in interviews, and things that she has really done to hurt people. Go right ahead and think she is all that because it really wont make much difference to others who have heard and seen differently than you. Maybe you think its all unsubstanciated, but fact is, you dont know the experiences others have had with her do you? You can like her and say so, so why is it that others cant like her and say so?
Miranda and Orlando got engaged in Venice according to reports, if it’s true, how incredibly romantic of Orlando to propose in Venice…..sigh!! they make such a beautiful couple and will have the most gorgeous kids ever!!!!

Again, what difference would it make? If she isn’t asked about him, the haters claim that she is throwing her weight around, and “why can’t she answer a simple question?” Even when she refuses to answer, she “won’t stop talking about him”. When she answers, she “won’t stop talking about him”. She can’t win. For example: on one of the talk shows that she was on promoting the perfume, she spoke about her birthday, and that it was a simple dinner with “friends”. The haters asked why she wouldn’t just say that he was there. When she was in Australia, she said that he was working. The haters said that she should just shut up about him. Before he flew to Sarajevo for ‘work’, he was supporting Samantha during her play. The haters then screamed “why didn’t she just say that he would be with his sister”? She just can’t win.

They meet up once every 5-6 weeks, yet each and every time they get together, it’s merely a coincidence that the photos from their secret liaisons happen to end up here at JJ ? Are you shippers are gonna try to tell me that every time they’ve hooked up, the evil paps just stumbled upon them while they were just trying to be a cute wittle couple spending some quality time together? With that kind of luck, maybe the paps ought to buy lottery tickets.
Even the most aggressive famewhores will tell you that they don’t get photographed unless they want to. These two can barely get a full sentence, let alone a photograph of them together in the same shot in major publications, yet you shippers are trying to tell me that these tards are being infringed upon by evil paps who are chasing them all over the world, hoping to get that million dollar pay out from Just Jared? He has been reduced to doing celebrity guest appearances in far off places himself and I doubt very seriously that Prada, Gucci, or Chanel will give her a job just because of that.

I don’t know whether Orlando and Miranda will last and do not care if they do or don’t. Why they care so deeply to the point of this nutty obsession is beyond me. If you read some of their post it would seem they do not even like Orlando, yet they are obsessed and watch his every move and theorize everything. Some of them are actually scary crazy not totally unlike Mark David Chapman, I wonder if Orlando has met some of these crazed “fans” at some point and if so it probly scared the crap out of him.

When one is expecting instant global fame for banging someone “famous”, planting engagement rumors in bottom feeding rags such as Star Mag and not having the hardware to back it up it a shiiiiit PR move on their part. Even Heidi and Spencer knew better than that!
Go back and tell your little friend that the engagement blurb she placed in the Sunday Telegraph would have appeared more credible had she had her folks report it to credible celeb-friendly (read:celebrity fed) sources like People and OK first and then let the Aussie rags pick up the story from them. Local mentions only make it look like a rumor coming out of Australia, which is why no one has batted a lash at the story.
If you “insiders” that read here really knew what the hell you were doing, then you would have advised her of this ages ago. You amateurs must be friends with Jennifer Aniston, too.

For what, over a year now, they’ve been playing this silly romance game. After every “appearance” together, London, New York, L.A., Paris, Australia, Venice….they pose for pictures. They wait a reasonable length of time and then they turn on their computers and check “Just Jared”. They are constantly disappointed I’m sure that everyone doesn’t believe they are a couple. So, they try harder. They call more paps - they “pose” as lovers in glass shops and still not everyone believes. They lose sleep trying to think of new ways to prove to the folks on the web that they are a real couple and still they don’t believe.
They sure are wasting a lot of time and energy and expense and, let’s not even mention the pain they endure just being with each other, just to prove that they are real. Poor things.
Yeah, that’s a real story. Grandma still doesn’t believe that we’ve landed on the moon either.
If I recall correctly, Kerr used the words “water off a ducks back” a bit ago in an interview. I took that as her way of saying she doesn’t care what people say about her. So IF that is her stance why are there so many pro-Kerr posters here defending her against the “haters”? IF she doesn’t care why do you all?
