Caroline Pal: Michael Phelps’s New Girlfriend
Michael Phelps took home his girlfriend, Las Vegas cocktail waitress Caroline Pal, aka Paz, to spend Thanksgiving in Baltimore with him and his family.
She looks like a keeper!
The 23-year-old Olympic champ and Pal, 26, have been dating for two months. They met after he won a record-breaking eight gold medals in Beijing last summer.
“She’s there [in Maryland] meeting his family for the first time,” a source close to Paz tells People.

I agree with you… I just think that some comments are unnecessary and judgemental. Does she really portray a respectable image? Not so much. But yeah, I just wanted to throw my 2 cents out there. She’s not squeaky clean, but she is real (hahaha well from a personality stand point)… and at the end of the day, he is 23, give him a break. Sometimes they need to get these ones out of their system

Seeing these pics of her…it now makes me question his thinking and judgement. were he a private citizen, no one would care, but now with kids online able to look up his name and any info on him…he’s a public persona. how many parents want to find her pics in association with him. I guarantee you, someone is probably on the phone hinting to him….thumbs down.

I hope this is just another gossip bullshit. If not, someone should call Phelps’ agent ASAP. Too many people care for this boy and children see him as a true hero. I’m not saying his agent should pick girlfriends for him, but this (if it’s true) really ruins his image. He should be very careful about his Las Vegas err..creature, we’ve already forgiven him DUI.
Who you date is a reflection of who you are. I wanted to believe the squeaky clean image because we all know he’s not a good actor and he came off so down to earth in his interviews. But seeing how he groped strippers, was obviously hooking up with his ex and this girl at the same time, took part in a prank to pour ice all over an unsuspecting girl, and after hearing a story about how he got angry and punched a wall with his fist after drinking, I’m starting to believe that he may just be a douche.

I’m just curious about something though, He’s been seen with his ex during this “courtship” and he’s always been quiet about his love life to the press, why release this information now? Unless of course, it’s not coming from his camp at all and this story is actually bogus… I guess time will tell.

Unfortunately, both parties are unattractive and it may work if she continues to rake in the $$ at the casino and he continues his sport success. Other than that, she looks like a tranny mess!

Phelps is ugly and he probably had problems getting pretty girls in his younger days. Now, he has millions and is famous so he can get any woman he wants. Right now, he wants a “cocktail waitress” from Vegas!!!! Okay!! I can’t imagine his mother wanting her baby with this ‘ho so I will give it about 3 more months. Then he will be on to the next pretty girl. It’s not like he wants to settle down or anything. This girl is probably his wet dream. I say, let him have fun.

@# 20 …No one is saying she is NOT a nice girl…but let’s be honest. He’s not a rap star like P.Diddy or Snoop Dog (an even those dudes behind the scenes don’t have girlfriends or wives who pics are on the net like these)… he represent the lastest America’s ideal sports hero.
Her pics are beyond “scandalous”…in his field and business association. Not a smart move for a role model..he need to take tips from Tiger Woods find a classy woman who would use more discretion in advertising her goods.
At the same time, why should he let the media and the perceptions of what he should be doing and who he should be dating control his life. If he likes someone he likes someone, and shouldnt have to wait for pr/media to “approve” her

To #48….First, Although he can certainly do as he please the media doesn’t dictate who he should date..the media brings us the news that is released from his camp of people, we didn’t break this story.
Second. The media brings us this news because he has stepped into the public arena… He accepts the role he is a role model..He said as much when he got busted for his DUI incident. It’s absurd to think that the very person who has garnered international attention and respect for his feats does not realize so many kids admire him.
Third, he can certainly choose to disregard adapting to his squeaky boy image, but then he risks losing the respect and admiration of those who support him and look up to him.
His associations reflect his character…if he were a Hollyood bad boy actor, I wouldn’t be shocked. But he sort tarnishes his golden boy image with this scab. Any pimp can pull out a girl like this from their stable.
Question does his sisters dress like this and have their pics online like these?
