Brad Pitt: Happy Birthday, Pax!

Brad Pitt: Happy Birthday, Pax!

USA Today has a great new article on Brad Pitt and David Fincher, the director for their upcoming age-reversing film The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. Here are two of the most interesting paragraphs from said piece:

“To play Button as a senior citizen, [Brad] had to be caked in makeup and wear prosthetic noses and scalps. For much of the movie, he abandons his own body entirely, providing a face and voice that are digitally imposed on other actors including a dwarf, a disabled man and children of all ages.”

“The [Button] set was placed on ‘Pitt Patrol.’ There were body doubles and decoy cars. Pitt’s driver never crossed an intersection when it turned green. He waited for it to turn yellow to leave law-abiding photographers at the red light, though few obeyed the signal.”

Check out the full article at USAToday.com. Button opens on Christmas Day.

Today is Pax Jolie-Pitt’s 5th birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, PAX!!!

It wasn’t a rant. I copied and pasted everything else that person typed and questioned them on how they could know such things. I didn’t need to justify my opinion. I was replying to someone else who questioned me on my opinion. Obviously I’m going to respond when others respond to me. I didn’t lose any credibility at all. My comment still hasn’t been answered, which proves it even more. Hater in disguise? Hater of whom? I don’t hate people I don’t know neither do I worship them like some. Infamous? No, I know who that is and think their comments are annoying and ridiculous. Get over the fact that not everyone shares your opinion, it doesn’t mean they are a “hater”.

Good Lord, can’t a girl go by without dealing with any trolls, fanistons, tiny dwarf(Tom Cruises) fans…

Geez…

Here we are talking about all things IMPORTANT as in Pitt …then comes a Tiny Dwarf fan with an opinion as big as a scientologist’s EGO..ERGO..

What is funny is how some people will get so worked-up over a different opinion. I don’t need to make new user names, but it seems you probably do since my original comment wasn’t directed at the two previous aliases you have typed with.

You’re the troll obviously trying to start an argument. I’m not a fan of Aniston and neither am I a “tiny dwarf” or Tom Cruise fan. Resulting to childish insults only loses what little credibility you would have with that post. Good lord, can’t a person voice an opinion without having obsessive fans going nuts on them. Geez. I’m not a fan of Tom Cruise nor was I the person to bring him up in the first place. Just because you aren’t a fan of someone doesn’t mean they aren’t important and you don’t even know these people to say who has an ego.

OT: And I thought Zanessa was the Young BP and AJ

Unlike the young wizard, Robert’s lovelorn vampire Edward Cullen oozes sex appeal.

Yet the film contains no saucy scenes and very little violence – earning it a thumbs-up from American parents.

Showbiz “bible” Entertainment Weekly said: “Pattinson is a dreamy, sculpted hunk of a teenage vampire.”

And the Los Angeles Times declared: “Twilight makes you wish you were a romantic teen again.”

Robert and his 18-year-old co-star Kristen Stewart, with whom he is having an off-screen romance, have even been described as “a young Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie”.

No, not “spoiling” for a fight at all. It’s called voicing an opinion, something you obviously can’t do around obsessive fans or they will go nuts as I’ve witnessed here. I didn’t want a fight in the first place, seeing as you were the one to reply to me. My comment wasn’t inflammatory or incendiary at all, it was questioning this person on how they could type about these celebs like they know them. Of course obsessive fans like you would take that as an insult. I’m not a fan of either and have nothing to prove, as I haven’t stuck up for either, like you have.

In the holiday spirit, please just ignore posts that don’t fit in or make any sense.

MEMO TO LIZ @ 11/30/2008 at 2:01 pm

I GUESS LIZ WILL BE “VOICING” HER OPINION THE WHOLE DAY HERE. NOT A FAN OF ANYONE BUT LIZ PARKED HER MOJO HERE.

LIZ, WE’VE SEEN ALL THE HATERS TACTICS. NOT A FAN, JUST DROPPING BY, SAYING AN OPINION. SEEN THEM ALL FATER 4 YEARS AT JARED. THEY EVEN HAVE HATERS PRETENDING TO BE FANS.

OK TO VOICE AN OPINION BUT GOING ON & ON ABOUT YOUR OPINION…WELL YOU ARE SOUNDING LIKE A BITTER TROLL.

ENOUGH SAID. CIAO!

Hmmm I guess we got an unhappy camper on board. Too much Thanksgiving Turkey or mall fatigue. Happens every time.

Big is on AMC with Tom hanks. People are already comparing TCCOBB to Big. while I get that they both have a sub plot of aging I think that TCCOBB will be a better film. As a matter of fact , the director got the idea for Big from F. Scott Fitzgerald.’s TCCOBB. I love Big though, it’s so light hearted and sweet. It’s better than that Jennifer Garner film 13 going on 30.

…team Liz…

I’m not going on and on and only responding to what people are aiming at me. It shows how obsessive you are to automatically assume that because someone doesn’t share your opinion that they are a hater. I am only responding to comments made at me, which isn’t “all day”. I guess obsessive fans will be going off at me all day. I have any right to look up anyone on here, fan or not, like anyone on this site does. Just like you non-fans spam the Aniston posts day in and out. Hilarious by the way! I’m not pretending to be anything. I’m not a big fan or a hater. I’ve seen some of his movies and that’s it. I questioned someone on how they could know so much about Brad when they don’t know them? How is that being a hater? The only ones sounding like bitter trolls are people like you. And if my opinion bothers you so much, take Frenchy’s advice and ignore it. Problem solved. Even though it is your comments that are not making sense.

You have to give her credit for perseverance. She/he/it will have to continue arguing and responding to itself. I AM DONE.

Angelina Film Style. From Changeling, Wanted to Mr. and Mrs. Smith
Pictures at link

As one of the world’s most photographed women, Hollywood A-lister Angelina Jolie always looks nothing short of spectacular. Whether gracing the front of W magazine breastfeeding one of her newborn twins or conducting her busy schedule of humanitarian work, she has an effortless poise and grace that simply shines through – a quality that Hollywood likes to both use and abuse. As a credible actress with Golden Globe awards and an Oscar to prove it, Jolie has underplayed and even sacrificed her looks onscreen, purposefully ditching glamour for character authenticity in films such as Girl, Interrupted and The Bone Collector. However when Tinseltown needs a stylish siren to play opposite one of its hottest heartthrobs, such as in Mr and Mrs Smith or a modern actress that can work period elegance as in new drama Changeling, its Angelina Jolie’s number they ring.

And so we turn to Miss Jolie to start our series on the various looks of film stars, casting an eye back over some of the must-have styles she’s modelled on the big screen. Her cinematic CV is crammed full of dramatic costumes, but we’ve selectively picked the most wearable and accessible onscreen ensembles, items that you could wear individually or together for a full-on look. So read on and find out how you can bring some Jolie flavour to your fashions.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Yeah I meant the writer, not the director.

Thanks bdj 98% of critics in the UK loved Changeling.

UK fans @ 11/30/2008 at 2:29 pm

That is great. The UK has some of the toughest critics. Congrats on AJ getting a Satellite nomination also. I read this on JJB.

UK fans,

That is so nice to hear. I think she may get a BAFTA nomination.

Liz:

But it’s sorta interesting that Tom and Brad did a movie and never ended up being friends…..says a lot about Tom ’cause everybody loves Brad, those that interview him, work with him, meet him or are blessed by his charitable deeds. Tom, just no warm and fuzzies there. Most guys Brad worked with remained friends……it’s obvious he has no ego, is smart, humble and has a great sense of humour. I suspect Tom is the divo.

ITAWY. I love to make the troll unhappy.

Tiny dwarf tom is a biitch.
