Zac Efron peeks out from behind a curtain in this new movie still for his upcoming drama, Me and Orson Welles.
Synopsis: The story of a whirlwind week in 1937 NYC when young aspiring actor Richard Samuels (Efron) is thrown into the middle of Orson Welles’ Mercury Theatre Company on the eve of the opening of Welles’ historic staging of Shakespeare’s Julius Caesar. During this week, Richard will find romance with a worldly older woman (Sonja Jones, played by Claire Danes), become immersed in a creative experience few are afforded, and learn the downside of crossing the imperious, brilliant Welles (Christian McKay). Richard is about to grow up fast.

I can’t wait for this movie so we can all see Zac’s acting ability past HSM.
Reviewers have said that Zac was great in MAOW so it should be pretty good too.
I hope him and Vanessa are still together, it would definitely disappoint the fans if they weren’t, and prove everyone who hates them right. I hope Vanessa gets more roles that also show more of her acting ability.
I just read the last Vanessa post JJ did on . . . I think it’s the JJ Jr, site. What the hell is he trying to prove by saying that Vanessa was denied a seat? Wow!!!!
I didn’t dare read the comments, because I’m sure they are lethal ones bashing her or calling her a diva.
Obviously the JJ Jr. site is not getting any hits. But that is certainly a mean, underhanded way to go about getting comments. I hope Vanessa’s loyal fans will see through what he’s trying to do. And not respond. I’m certainly not going to post a comment there.

I saw the comments on JJJ and was very disappointed and DID post a comment because it is so unfair…..if I did not know better I would have thought I was on the Perez Hilton site - which I do not visit because of his hatred for Vanessa. I have always felt this site was “fair” but I am wondering today.

JJ has also been unfair to Vanessa. JJ is nice to Ashley because he took a picture with her. JJ took a picture with Zac, which makes Zac a favor to him. Vanessa probably did not take a picture with JJ because of all the false informations and untrue rumors that he posted about her.
I loved the book. I think all the main actors are perfectly cast. I can’t wait to see this movie! Go Zac!

#60 and #62 a lot of haters always bash Vanessa. And right now, it seems to me that JJ is one of those haters.

First, Jared has an update on the Vanessa thread that all should read.
Second, I think one of three things happened with what Jared first wrote in his Vanessa thread and they are: Someone in post #89 put a link to an article—it is one of those types that is full of rumor (I prefer to call them lies) and it is one of those articles that is to get attention and nobody takes the time to figure it out. It looks like he wrote his caption from that article.
Maybe Jared didn’t mean that she was denied the way people took it. Technically she did get denied a table BUT not because she was not wanted but because there were no tables to be had. She could have waited but even the idiots who post on her threads should be able to figure out she is not going to stand in line and wait for even 10 minutes. Some people who are not celebrities don’t do that.
OR Jared did chose the word denied because he figured it would get more hits for the Vanessa thread. As I have stated before there is no need to try to generated hits for the junior site where the junior celebrities are. Vanessa has proven over the last year and a half she belongs here on the BIG KIDS board and that is why her name in in the yellow box at the top. She has never failed to get huge amounts of hits here and here is where she belongs, Jared. I see ONCE AGAIN 2 year old Suri Cruise has a thread on JJ.
i wonder how many vanessa fans really believed she was “denied” and called the restaurant. bet they got lots of phone calls.
I stay away from the JJ Jr. site. I really don’t want to read about young kids I don’t even know. Or even see pictures of them. Not my cup of tea.

OMG…..it’s ludicrous for people to make anything of the fact that Vanessa went to a restaurant, found that there was a long wait for a table, and decided to go home and get take-out!!!!!!!!! We do that all the time!! What is the big effing deal??? But of course the immature ones on JJ Jr. don’t know these things about the adult world, so of course they’re going to make ridiculous stupid comments about it.
Trina, I’m with you about JJ jr., but the problem is, the posts aren’t just about young kids. There are threads there about adults, and I say anyone over 18 is not a kid anymore, who should be on this site. I think it would be better if JJ Jr. was really about teens, for teens only. It makes me wonder that Jared wanted to get rid of the numbers of young kids posting on JJ, and provide a place they could talk in THEIR language. It would be great if that’s the way it was. But there are threads over there, that a lot of the rest of us would love to read about too, but are now in a tweenie world, that I’m not interested in going to.

I imagine that Katsu-Ya must feel awful the way JJ worded that story. I’m betting the next time the Hudgens go there, the manager will take pictures with them and send it to the press. Even escort them out. Probably give them a free meal, too
True, some of the young kiddies will take the story to mean that the restaurant doesn’t want Vanessa there. They don’t comprehend that she’s covering her face so the paps won’t get a good pic. But, guess that doesn’t matter anymore. If she covered her head with a paper bag, all the bog sites would still post the pics.

I’m with you….I know Vanessa has eaten at the restaurant before and I am sure the management is probably horrified at this bad publicity for both their restaurant and Vanessa. it is so unfortunate people do not understand how things work and spread mis truths.
