Known fact is that almost all moms (99.999999% of them) are obsessed with their kids. Angelina is no exception to that reality.

Hmmm One of those grain of “salt” news. I guess Outta Touch can call off the false pregnancy stories.

Though there were rumors that she might be leaving the project, it looks like Angelina Jolie is still attached to Edwin A. Salt. Only according to Production Weekly, the movie’s name has changed to fit the female gender of its lead. Now they’re calling it Erika Salt.

You may remember that Jolie was brought in to replace Tom Cruise, who was originally supposed to play the titular Mr. Salt. Since they’ve now changed the title to fit Angelina’s curvaceous figure, it’s reasonable to assume she’s there to stay.

Erika Salt is a spy movie. Jolie will play a CIA officer fingered as a Russian sleeper agent out to assassinate the president. She escapes capture and fights to reunite with her family and prove she’s not a traitor.

I just saw the commercial for BP talking with Anne Curry for Tuesday from New Orleans. I will have to set my clock.

Universal’s Changeling added $4.4m from 1,040 sites in five territories through UPI for an early $14.1m international running total. The drama launched well in third place in the UK behind Four Christmases and Quantum Of Solace on $1.9m from 349 for Clint Eastwood’s biggest debut as director.

The film held in third place in France in its third weekend after dropping 24% on $1.4m from 413 dates for $6.8m and added $900,000 from 225 in Italy for $3.6m after the same amount of time.

Dark comedy Burn After Reading grossed $1.8m from 894 in 24 for $73m, powered by an outstanding number one $544,000 launch in Brazil from 108 that produced a career-high launch in the territory for the Coen Brothers. There are ten more territories to open including France and Belgium on December 10.
