OlderBrad Pitt: I’m Really Proud of My Family
Brad Pitt sat down for another interview with Today Show’s Ann Curry to talk about his Make It Right Foundation project in New Orleans. He also talked a bit about his family:
On his six children: “I’m really proud of this family. I look at my sons and daughters. … I feel rich being around them. Each one offers so much to the mix.”
On why he doesn’t talk much about his family in interviews: “I just walk away feeling bad about it when I do. It seems to get cheapened somehow as it goes through the filter and the airwaves. I just want to keep it close to the chest.”
On if he’d marry Angelina Jolie: “If we feel it’s important to our kids, we would.”

I love how Brad and Angie allow each other to be them selves instead of trying to change one another. That is mutual trust, respect and LOVE. Their children will grow up in this wonderful loving household, free to be , you and me.

Angelina didn’t make any money this year except on savings and investments. She hasn’t worked in 2008 at all.

Brad Pitt Hates What He Does Most–Talking About His Kids

Brad Pitt recently spoke with Ann Curry of The Today Show in an interview which aired this morning. In the interview, Pitt reveals that he hates talking about his family–which makes close to no sense considering that he and Angelina Jolie pretty much never stop giving updates on what their six kids are doing. Remember the other day when Angelina Jolie gave that interview that chalked up to the announcement that the twins were now “smiley”? And when Brad told Oprah Winfrey that Zahara once made him smell dog poop? This is what we’re dealing with.
When asked why he doesn’t like talking about his personal life, Pitt answered, “I just walk away feeling bad about it when I do, because there’s no way to give it true validity and weight and what it means to you in your life–and it seems to get cheapened somehow as it goes through the filter and the airwaves, and some things you just want to keep close to the chest.” But he doesn’t want intimate pictures that he takes of his partner with her nipple exposed kept close to his chest…he wants those on the cover of W.
Pitt also said that he hates the paparazzi and the lengths they go to get photos of his kids. Said Pitt, “I hate ‘em. I hate these people. I don’t understand that they do that for a living. We have to make a distinction between people who photograph celebrities at events and people who climb over your walls wearing camouflage and calling out your kids names as you take them to school so that they’ll look that way. I have no respect for these people…”

“It would be best with Angelina, if they could make it a prequel,” speculated Common, citing his hope to bring back the strong supporting cast from the first flick, even though they all died at the end of the film. “That would be great. Hmmm at least he is not talking about the whiny “happy” ex sitcom star. by the way, she took “brownies” to Peeboy. All that pissing builds up an appetite. BP knows AJ has his heart. No need to worry your whiny little heart about it.
