Also - I still don’t feel this is the place the discuss the things that you were discussing (and no I really am NOT telling you not to - I’M just tired of all the negativity and hurtful comments). Life is too short to be filled with venom and hatred. There is already enough of it in this world.

the movie with Goran is called the Deep End. I’m running to the video store right now!!!!! I think I saw it long ago - but he is too yummy not to look at twice……

I especially loved the er episoides when he spoke Croatian. I would love to learn to speak your language. Is it a difficult language to learn?

Croatian language is pretty hard… we have so much letters, which you Americans, don’t… If you want to learn, you must live here for a while, because of pronunciation…
We have here American ambassador.. who speaks language quite well… Which is amazing…

Goran do that on summer while he was been in Croatia… At first he denied, but then he confess… i must apologize i sad baby boy, but actually it is baby girl…. he gave his last name to girl, but he stayed with his wife with whom he already have son.

I love Sean Penn since his movie with Timothy Hutton i think it was called “Falcon and Snowman”. I watch “Milk” trailer… it is awesome. I love the end of 70’s.. we used to have such good bands here…
And that guy James Franco is pretty hot too..

You know i even study law…. but i frozen my studies on third year because of work, it is hard to study and work in same time…
You are so lucky to been born on that place… you have great opportunity to meet influence people.

I used to have some doubts about gays, but now i don’t know.. i must say i am still little bit confused..:))))

Well some people wouldn’t say that he is influential. I am sure that people who support gay rights will have a problem with the person who plays his role. I guess I never thought about it that way - he is just a friend. But you are right - the United States is an amazing place AT TIMES and there are many opportunities here (not at the moment). And I am blessed to be a citizen here. I look around the world and see the horrible things going on, children starving to death, genocide, etc. and it makes me very grateful for all the gifts that I have.

You know I don’t have any problems with homosexuality - many of friends are gay. I guess my opinion is that if everyone is consenting adults and they are happy - that’s really all that matters. There are so many other issues in the world that need to be dealt with (i.e. Darfur, AIDS and not to mention the economic status of the world). I do not like intolerance against people strictly because of their gender, race, religion or sexuality. I worked in a treatment center and many of our clients are gay -so I have worked with them for over 11 years. I have come to understand that they are born that way. I was very disappointed when gay marriage that had been allowed in Cali was taken away in the last election. I mean the United States Constitution says all men are created equal. Unfortunately, that is still not the case here.

It is weird though - I too have put my law degree on hold. My mother passed away in 1999 and me and my family have been taking care of my father who has Alzheimers. We do seem to have so much in common. I guess it shows you that even in different countries, with different cultures, different language - there is still people who are connected. That’s a nice feeling.

And yes James Franco is HOT, HOT, HOT!!!!!!

Is sounding American a good thing now a days? LOL

We are definitely not the most liked country right now. But hopefully with President Elect Barack Obama taking over in January - we will achieve the progress and change we need.

What kind of dog do you have? My kids are begging for one for Christmas (UUUGGHH - I’m not ready we had to put our dog to sleep a few months ago). That was a very sad day here

Well normally I would agree - but Lola (our dog) attacked my daughter. We had her for five years and she had never been the slightest bit aggressive with anyone. I was bitten several times getting her off my daughter to save her. Thankfully, she bit me instead of my daughter. So I am still very leary of dogs right now.

When I visit USA I saw another situation in USA. USA isn’t more a country with good economical situation and this situation began worse for a long time ago…
In Germany I saw at television the situation of lot of americans whose can’t go to the medicine doctor…there was a men whose had problem in his teeth and he hadn’t money to treat them and had lot of pain….
It is normal the americans come to Europe or another place in the world and say that they are rich etc…
I reconize when that you don’t be german and I can reconize if a people are rich or not through the mentality too!
It is better to speak with people in a sincere way is more elegant!

The black Messiahs can’t make a miracle because the other president (the Ruinator) let him with a desaster not a country for him!

They wait little, but they come pretty fast. Movies who currently play in Croat cinemas are: “Burn after reading”, “Pineapple Express”, “Mama Mia” and “High School Musical”… “Four Christmases” are not released yet.. he will probably come few days after Christmas.

Irish wolfhound - aren’t those huge dogs? My friend just got a great dane this summer. He is six months old and 95 pounds. We call him Zeus the Moose. So I think when we do get another dog - it will be one of Zeus’ pups. That will be good - because she won’t breed him for another year or so. That gives me time to prepare for a 160 pound dog. LOL
