Jennifer Aniston takes the latest cover of Entertainment Weekly in promotion of her latest flick, Marley & Me. Here are some highlights from the interview via E!:
On the rumors that she’s carrying boyfriend John Mayer’s baby: “Oh my God, it’s hysterical . It’s almost going to take away the fun from actually being able to say one day, ‘I’m pregnant!’”
On motherhood being in her future: “I’m on the verge of it in some way—or it’s something I long for.”
On her Vogue quote (”What Angelina did was very uncool”) being taken out of context : “I was just surprised that Vogue would go so tabloid. I was bummed. But you almost expect it. Big deal. Done. Next.”
Marley & Me opens in theaters everywhere Christmas Day.

I’ve heard of some stupidly vague comments she’s made about wanting a family; but this one has to be in the top 2. She always gives a silly or generalized answer when asked about wantinag a child or a family. She knows the rumor is that she didn’t want to have kids with Pitt, but she needs to get over dodging the buttet. It’s ok NOT to want kids and/or another husband. Saying that would be preferrable to making herself seem dim witted and evasive. She been making versions of the same tired comment about wanting children and a family for over 4 years.
Anyone who believes that her casual comments about family is her admission that she wants one should have their brain checked. She clearly is not passionate about having a family. She’ll be saying the same thing 2, 3 , 4 or 5 years from now. If you want a kid , you HAVE a kid; naturally, with invitro or adoption. She’s just so tiresome. Even she should be sick of herself. She dug this stupid pity party hole she ’s in, she should at least be honest with herself. 20 years of therapy has done nothing for her.

Please that woman can’t have a child (the male hormones issues and misscarriage related to it) ! Plus even if she could she wont take the pregnancy route cause first, she can’t take the risk of blowing her body to her natural self (you know the real natural chubby she is without the extensive training) and second, that woman has mental issues with self image ! She wish any parent to have beautiful kids in order for those parents to not be miserable ! What kind of a human being, let alone a woman pushing 40 could think that way ? That’s insane and only shows how f shallow mentally unfit and juvenile she is.
She had and still undergoes multiple plastic surgeries . With all those image issues how can she be a future good mother when she didn’t even completly solve her mother-daughter relationship ?
She will reproduced 100 X times what she has lived with her mother if that child resembles her…She will hate that child.
Oh, and no motherly craved woman would tolerate being linked to that child abuser Joe Francis. Maniston has zero maternal instincts ! It’s clear as water ! If she had, she wouldn’t date a disgusted manchild but instead a father-like, more responsible one !

That’s the thing, #36. You don’t know that she doesn’t want kids for sure. I personally feels that Aniston doesn’t want kids but…I only personally feel that. I don’t know that for sure.

Yah, in a “KIDDIE MANNER”. I have never read or heard an interview of her that she spoke her age, like a matured person should be. It’s always monosyllabic response and mostly unsubstantial answers. It’s very annoying, actually!

I respectfully disagree.
1) As another poster said: Sandra Bullock and Cameron Diaz (bigger stars than Aniston) have declared their wish to remain childless. NO ONE has derided them as ice queens or child haters.
2) Nicole Kidman has always expressed her desire to have a kid, and she HAS a biological kid, yet she’s still called “Ice Queen” (unfairly, perhaps).
3) Reproduction is no one’s business indeed.
So why is Aniston always so defensive about it? Perhaps because the rumor is true OR she’s painted herself into a corner?
