Miranda Kerr Flirts With The Flagship
Miranda Kerr celebrates the grand opening of Victoria’s Secret new Lexington Avenue flagship store in New York City on Tuesday.
“My mom didn’t mind seeing me up there in my underwear ,” Kerr recently said of her modeling. “I am 25 and it’s all very lovely and like a costume. It’s beautiful and romantic … it’s not like standing up there in my everyday underwear. It’s a theatrical show and everyone is there to have a good time.”
Despite the rumors, Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr are not engaged, Orlando’s rep told JustJared.com on Sunday.

You say your info is not for sale, so how come you throw crumbs around telling us what is to happen next? And dont deny that you havent because you have and I’m disgusted- you are a FRIEND? Yet you come here and tell us private info about what Miranda will do next in relation to Orlando.
I am a Miranda supporter but even I find your behaviour very attention seeking to say the least- does Miranda know you do this? Seriously if she is your friend and dating a man that I would hope has some privacy you would not spill what her plans are within the next few weeks in relation to him right? Some friend, Miranda deserves better- but if she has sent you here then that also shocks me at the high school mentality- whoever it is- you or her, that would be shocking.
I can see why the dislikers go after you to be honest, but if its at Miranda’s word then I am disgusted at her lack of respect of her relationship with Orlando. Orlando does not deserve it if it is her telling you to come here and tell people whats “to come” and if you are a friend then you should keep your mouth shut nevermind about :”she wil be in London next weekend if nothing comes up”- its reeks of you trying to get attention.

Miranda could make milions- like P0rn stars do- doesnt mean they are “famous” or “well known” in general- or that everyones jealous of her- Im not jealous of p0rn stars so why should I be of her? Both are ok in the looks dept and earn money- apart from VS miranda works for DEPARTMENT STORES- for their catalogs- that is a FACT- if she was a top model in demand she would be used like other top models- high profile things and names like other models are- I think she was better off a few years ago when she was doing campaigns for top names,she was even better looking back then- now she seems to have gone down hill and is now only known for effing Orlando Bloom - she should be known in her OWN RIGHT, but she isn’t. She is one of the least known and least used VS model- like Selita- I actually feel sorry for her because Orlanod Bloom seems to have only made things worse for her careerwise- probably because he is a nobody and nobody likes him in general and to the general public he is a joke- he cant even get work or a movie made- and his fanbase consists of around 30-40 people- its a wonder he doesnt ruin her reputation seeing as she is so famous and all- +snerk+
No the information is not out dated. It said she was making $750,000 for three years and those three years will be up next summer (or there abouts). If she signs on again or gets a salary increase it will go into effect at that time. If it does happen I am sure she will have it in the press for proof. There isn’t any proof that just because she wore wings in a show that they gave her a raise.
Actually Miranda gets with the guys who take her up the “fame and fortune” ladder, in 3 years she has had 3 partners, and one of them she was with for TWO years, the one before Brent she made rumors that they were engaged for the publicity- poor guy was dumped by her so fast when she realised it wasnt getting her what she wanted- you see the poor guy- a fashion photographer wasnt that much of a looker, so when Miranda showed interest in him he thought all his wishes had come true- a beautiful model interested in chubby -not so attractive-him?? He was enamoured of her- and was subsequently heartbroken when she left him- she thought Brent would be a good bet especially when he had the band becoming more famous, but when Bloom came on the scene, two years meant nothing to her and off she went for the biggest fish she has caught to date- only problem is it hasnt worked out like she thought it would, so does she stay or will she go? Like #377 rightly says Bloom is nearly off the radar now, no matter how many pap pics they set up- nobody cares enough. It’s not helping Bloom, it is not helping Kerr. If I were her I would dump him like the rest and either get a bigger star (trust me she could probably do it with her cunning and initial charm) or live off being Bloom’s ex for a while by doing tell all about their sex life and how much of a ******* he was as a boyfriend- she would get so much more fame and money doing both of those things.
She does go from one guy to another Miranda has admitted that herself, what does that tell you about her Orlando fans and shippers?-if she can have 3 men in 3 years how many has she had since she was 16? Too many to count, and all went up the ladder in status as she went along. If you think she genuinely cares for Bloom you are sadly mistaken, but I suppose the way he acts and looks the feeling is mutual- but they are both 2 people who are used to having sex with no strings, so it doesnt rule out that they are bumping uglies for the mutual satisfaction that uncaring sex brings.
Being made an Angel trumps any previous contract. VS has a reputation of paying their Angels very well, so they would have automatically ammended the contract in Miranda’s favor just to keep up their cred, if nothing else.

As someone else mentioned Miranda does not have a lot of power right now so she can’t demand much of anything. The three years are not up yet. When they are we will see what happens.

Yea, I don’t understand why she’s still with Bloom myself. He’s done. He doesn’t treat her well and hasn’t brought any good fortune to her. I mean whenever you see them together you find out its Miranda whose working and Bloom is leeching a free vacation. Reading about her over these past months, she had a lot going for her before hooking up with him. She’s pretty and charming and could have anybody she wants so why settle for a loser like him?
I’m sure that the wings came with a new contract. Why would they have given her Angel status if they weren’t going to renew her contract? If they didn’t want her anymore, they would have simply let her contract expire, not raise her status. That’s not spin, that’s just common sense.

She dumped the guy before “brent”, “jay” whatever his name is, because he was embezzling money, not because she spotted a bigger fish. I would have dumped the guy, too.
The wings did not come with a new contract. She did not wear “Angel Wings” (like Adriana and Alessandra) and there are several models without VS contracts who have also worn wings in the VSFS (like Julia Stegner did this year in the same segment that MK wore hers and Doutzen wore wings last year before she was even signed by VS. The butterfly wings mean nothing other than another excuse for MK to exaggerate and lie.
And also, the “embezzler” is a different person than the “photgrapher” she cheated on and dumped for Jay.

She had a fling with a guy called Alexei who is a fashion photog- this was in 2005- if you look around you will find the info about the engagement rumors with this guy round about the same time she was after some contract or other- the guys full name is Alexei Hay- and about the embezzler boyfriend- you think she wasnt aware of his fraudulent behavior? It is odd how because of this man, her and her family lost money- yet Miranda wouldnt press chrages- now that strikes me as very odd- as who wouldnt want justice for her AND her family that had lost lots of money- nobody will ever know unless this guy speaks out, but it all strikes me as odd - including the outburst the guy had and called her a s!ut not long ago- sounds like a guy who maybe was bitter about the fact she may have known about the fraud and got away with it- after all this guy has no reason to be “jealous” of Miranda as he has his own celebrity actress girlfriend from the aussie soap “Home and Away” and she is a stunner. As for her and Bloom the Bore- Miranda has more or less said that they have been together since last year (yet the months given she was still very much with Brent)- so it is highly possible they had an affair. I think she knows and I think she cares. Frankly she has responded and played into what people on blogs say about her all the time.
Yes, she wore wings. Her wings represented angel wings, just as Heidi’s bow, did. Selita’s weren’t true angel wings either, and Doutzen didn’t wear wings at all. Does that mean that they aren’t Angels? No. But the wings that I was referring to are the metaphorical ‘wings’ that she earned when she became an official Angel. Becoming an Angel means that you get a much more lucrative contract.
If there was proof that Miranda in fact signed for a longer time she would have made it known. She has the press mention everything, even lies like the Clinque recycle ad to try and spin it. There is no way in hell that if she resigned and got more money she wouldn’t have made that very clear in the press.
Right now the only thing that stands is that she signed for three years at $750,000 and that is almost up. There is no proof yet that she resigned or even that she will get a small raise for the remaining six months or so.
There are two recent articles out too that say the VS is working with Ciara and another girl since several of the other current vs models contracts are about to expire. I wonder who those are going to be?

Trying to sell lies to people is not only immoral and unethical, but downright stupid if you tend to think that you wont catch yourself up one day. People have given example after example of unethical behavior from her and her family, lies they tell, false images they try to spin. She was with that much older guy in 2003? She was what….19? My hell……what kind of parents does she have!!! “Metaphorically” she became an ‘official’ angel in late2006 or early 2007. She was one of the “official angels” all of last year, as evidenced by her participation in the Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony with Heidi, Adriana, Alessandra, Selita, Izabel and Karolina, the other girls who were signed as “official angels” at the time. If she did not have an “official angel” contract at the time she would not have been there, just as the newest “official angels”, Marisa and Doutzen, were not at that ceremony despite already working with VS because they did not have “angel” contracts at the time.

OK, I’ll try to make it as simple as possible, because there seems to be a need…..
You can work for VS without being an “official angel”. You can make public appearances, pose for catalogues, and yes, even wear wings on the catwalk. For example, Jessica Stam has made public appearances, posed for the catalogues, and yes, she has even worn wings on the runway. But she is NOT and Angel. None of that makes you an Angel (note the capitalization). To be an Angel, you have to be signed as an official ‘face’ of the brand. Being signed as an Angel, is completely different from being signed as just as a model who works for VS. Think about it, why would VS have had to announce that Marisa and Miranda were made Angels last month, if they were already “official angels” by your definition. Announcing that they had been made Angels, is the same thing as announcing that they had just signed new contracts.
The Angels are the elite girls for VS. They are the ones with the million dollar contracts. You can try to deny it all you want, but it just makes you sound ignorant.
