Britney Spears - “Circus” Music Video Official Release
Britney Spears’s “Circus” music video has officially been released!
The video (directed by Francis Lawrence, who also directed “I’m A Slave 4 U” and I Am Legend) for the title track from her new album, “Circus,” was supposed to have premiered on Friday.
However, due to overwhelming fan demand–and possibly an unexpected YouTube leak on Wednesday night–the pop princess decided to release it on ET Thursday night.
Here’s the official HQ version of Britney’s hot new music video “Circus”:

It’s not the Christina necessarily started the Circus theme… but after watching Hurt and Christina’s Back to Basics concert… There’s a lot of stuff in this video that look REALLY similar.
I’m just saying Christina rocked the concept better… but she also had a much better director for the video.
GREAT!
but it’s not a copy, LOL
justin had his theme circus on What Comes Around before Christina.
and Hurt is all about sadness but this is about featuring way more circus things.
wow.. someone is making different usernames and post the same thoughts… boring!
the video is GREAT!
let’s be all bad guys: Christina copied Justin’s circus theme from What Goes Around :)
how did she copy Justin’s circus theme? He had like a flash blower in the middle?? Justin’s record was not centered around a circus…
And she had the circus theme before Justin… she recorded the album before the video came out, and had references to a circus.
THX
looooooooooooooooooooooooooooove it!
get over it christina did the classy and boring circus britney does the sexy and extravagant circus they are really different the only thing that is the same is that it is a circus but the theme is completely differend apart from britney doing her whole album as a circus christina did it as a song only and i dont think britney inspires in christina so GET OVER IT
I like the video. She looks gorgeous.
same old singing through her nose, and still not being able to dance-
she’s back–i don’t think so
LOVE it! :) I’ve seen it one too many times haha. But I think that the moves could’ve been a little bit sharper and more hard hitting but it’s great to see that she’s taking control of her life again.
How quickly we all forgive and forget. This time two years ago, everyone was ranting and raving about what a mess Britney was, how she needed to get her life back together and reconstruct her image. Now she’s performing the same tired crap she did back when she was actually something, and everyone’s exclaiming that “Britney’s back” like it’s the greatest thing to ever happen.
Why do people in this country spend so much time praising people like Britney for being mediocre, and so much time putting down those who actually deserve the praise? There are a lot of singers who came back, or never really left, or are now coming in, that are amazing, yet somehow this talentless barbie is treated as if she is the best of the best, simply because her daddy had to help her get her life back together after she completely tore it apart.
SOOOO HOT!!!! Comes out on itunes on TUES!!!
BEST SONG SHE HAS EVER MADE! ONE OF HER BEST VIDEOS EVER TOO!!!
BRITNEYS BACK *****!
HAHA she is a Christina rip off?! That is hilarious.
Because Christina spent her whole career doing everything AFTER Britney.
Please, let’s get real.
No one even remembers Christina’s video. The song wasn’t even a hit.
britney spears still rox like she used to.. and i support for her healthy comeback..go britney! only britney’s fan can really see her true colours in her singing career.. go britney! don’t ever give up! her voice also doesnt change at all…love u britney! and i bet she can do more amazing and powerful dancing in future! go britney! hey hey!
FIRST OF ALL panic! at the disco. was the first group to do the circus thing after madonna, and britney is awsome who r u guys to judge her SHES MAKING MILLIONS N UR STILL HUSTLING =]
I really don’t get the whole ’she stole this from christina’ thing. first of all, there is nothing original about the marilyn monroe hairstyle that chris’ was sporting during the promotion of back to basics… all the retro outfits and hairstyles she did, were inspired by looks of the women from that time, and that didn’t bother me at all…
I just think Britney’s making a reference to her life being a total circus (if you listen to her songs, it just makes sense). She’s trying something new, but unfortunately most things have been done before.
you can say the same thing about christina’s new look these days. in my opinion, the video looks great, although i expected her dance moves to be better. it’s been a while, but she’s nearly back :-)!
madonna??????????????????????
gorgeous
she’s backk!!!!
Not a fan of Britney but I do wish her the best. The video was good, she is good at her job description, that is a pop “entertainer.” I think that is why she has staying power. People are fascinated with her and want to see her rise from her previous fall.
