Very sweet of her !…….Why is that a problem NUMBER # 2 ?……..Three times more African American children have aids than white, hispanic, asian, chinese and other children…..It was probably through a story her producers saw in the paper, and thought he would make a great story…….She said once, that she has a team that does nothing but, look through papers around the country and ” scour the internet “, for interesting stories that she can do on her show…..Ellen Degeneres does the same thing….( has a team for this )…
I guess this precious little boy really stood out, and she wanted to help him and his family….I hope he does well !!!!

LMFAO AT NUMBER #2 !!

Giving a vagoon of things and high technology toys doesn’t help. It’s a superficial and ridiculous gesture. Africa is bleeding. It’s a true hell and giving its people money is a way for stupid rich people how to please themself. It feels good doesn’t it? You feel like big Santa who’s changing the world and lifes of others. Yes, this boy was happy. For the moment. But millions of other will never be. They’ll die as a children. They need useful help. Peace in their countries, self-production, independence, self-support…no money on the world won’t save them. But waht Alicia does makes sense. It’s nice to treat HIV positive children but first is protecting them from infection. As medicine healing the cause, not the symptomes, results, consequences. Tyra give him things and good-bye. She’ll never see him again. At that moment she felt like a superhero. That’s the point of Christmas too. Do you give presents to make someone happy or it makes happy yourself much more? Who really gives unselfish selfless gift? That’s all why Africa is not getting better although it gets the largest support in a history. It really doesn’t sound weird to you? Do you care?

This is a great story and all…but did I really hear Alicia Keys describe a song about HIV as “infectious”????? Not trying to be too politically incorrect, but that made me laugh.

I liked the song, have no idea what was said but it’s beat was pretty awsome. Good luck and God Bless You Noah.

Thanx Tyra for helping Noah! True it is we have many children here in Africa Dying with noone helping them. Good that Noah has been given the opportunity to represent the millions of children dying of HIV/AIDS. Yes what we need is to reduce the magnitude of the spreading of the virus, but guys let me tell you we also need to save the lives of those already infected. Thank you Alicia for all the efforts you are making. Assuredly there is a day when one of these innocent souls shall stand up and thank everyone who helped to save thair life.
