Before you slam me … I do think Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt contribute a lot of goodness to this world and I do appreciate their example in that arena. I guess it is a hell of a lot better than all of us (or most of us) who waste a minute of our time blogging about people we truly know very little about except for a few excerpts of fact and fiction.

Aniston, due to being 40, beingin the business damn near 25 years (almost as long as Angie’s been on this earth) and made many a crapola rom-com, is one of the over 6000 members of the Academy (they invite 300 or so to join every year in all aspects of show biz) — everyone in HW is eligible - you stand a better chance of getting in if you have big PR agency support…all of the friends are members, as are all of the cast on King of Queens (bahaha!) — so it’s no exclusive club anymore - if you have greenbacks, a high profile and a good agent - and have made a film or two (even if it sucks donkey bahlz), you’re in…consequently, Maniston is a member, so is Ray Romano, so is Leah Remini. So are key grips, sound mixers, costume designers, TV writers that have written a screenplay or two, crappy or not.

The ‘members,’ of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences get to watch advanced previews and/or are sent truncated clips and certain scenes of potential Oscar nominees to aid them in voting.

Of course there is no lobbying to get in the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences if like Angelina you have won an Oscar (that’s automatic entry - so AJ jas been a member since she was 24 yrs old) or if like Brad Pitt you have been nominated for an Oscar (so Brad has been a member since he was 31 or 32 yrs old).

Aniston essentially is like a wedding crasher or an ugly bridesmaid…forever hoping…trying to get leverage with her power PR firms and her bought memberships.

HW has her number…and they’d love to permanently lose it.

Katie Holmes and Jennifer Aniston know EXACTLY what they are doing and portraying. They may be void of souls and brains, but they both have excellent PR and media skills.
