Fashion Faceoff: Preen Dress
Former supermodel Cindy Crawford heats up London on Friday in one hot LBD, a one-shoulder Preen cocktail dress, at a private party to raise money for the victims of Darfur.
Mandy Moore wore the same peek-a-boob dress at the “Vanity Fair Portraits: Photographs 1913-2008″ exhibit grand opening party at the Los County Museum of Art in October in Los Angeles.
Who wears it best — CINDY CRAWFORD or MANDY MOORE?

Have to agree. Cindy Crawford could wear a burlap bag and look fabulous, but this dress is better on Mandy Moore. She looks really fantastic in it =)
