Cate Blanchett is Balenciaga Beautiful
Cate Blanchett sparkles in a gorgeous Balenciaga creation at the Aussie premiere of her new age-reversing tale, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, at the Sydney Theatre on Wednesday, December 10 in Sydney, Australia.
“I slept for eight hours on the plane,” she told Confidential, 48 hours after leaving the LA premiere of TCCOBB. “You know those creases you get on your eyes - that’s me.”
TCCOBB, which costars Brad Pitt, opens everywhere on Christmas Day!

she is so breathtakingly beautiful but the way she dresses sometimes is godawful!
I just love Cate! She is an actor’s actor. Her beauty is just icing on the cake. she completely gets lost in her characters. I feel like if you went up to her while she was in character and called her name, she’d be, all-like, “Who is Cate?”
I fell head over heels with her in Elizabeth and was really pissed that she lost the Oscar to, of all people, Gwyneth Paltrow (can you believe that ****–she was soooo jipped. GP is not worthy of an Oscar, sorry).

Now there is an actor. A real actor and a true movie star. One of only a few.
she is the epitome of beauty. i love this hairstyle…makes her look so much younger. the dress looks great on her. cate takes risk and thats what i love about her too. this movie is going to do so well.
God, she’s gorgeous! The dress is nothing to write home about, but on her it seems to shine. Her porcelain (NON-botoxed) skin goes well with practically anything. Her make-up and hair are perfect and she is known for taking risks on the red carpet. I don’t know of another actress who could make so/so clothes look like a million dollars on them than Cate Blanchett. Classy and elegant woman. Truly one of a kind.
Oh yeah, and she’s simply the best actress working today. I really think we’re witnessing a legend in the making.
Well, it’s an improvement over that mess she wore to the premiere of CCOBB, but not by much.
