OlderRicky Martin’s Twins: First Pictures!
Ricky Martin reveals the first photos of his 4-month-old baby twin boys, Valentino and Matteo, in this week’s People and Hola cover. Check out some interview snippets:
On being a hands-on parent: I don’t have a nanny. I’m doing this on my own because I don’t want to miss a moment. I have a personal assistant who helps me, someone who takes care of me while I’m taking care of them, but I’m the one who changes the diapers, the one that feeds them, the one that bathes them, the one that puts them to sleep.
On becoming a parent through surrogacy: Adoption was one option, but it’s complicated and can take a long time. Surrogacy was an intriguing and faster option. I thought, ‘I’m going to jump into this with no fear.’
On getting to know Valentino and Matteo: Valentino loves to sleep. I call him ‘Mr. Peace and Love’ because he’s so chill and serene. Matteo is more alert and active. He was up at 3 a.m. the other night and just hanging!

Congrats to Ricky. But, he should just come out of the closet and live honestly. What straight man makes a decision about adopting two baby twins on his own? What we aren’t hearing is how Ricky’s partner is involved in all this, no doubt he does exist but we can’t know about him. More like Clay Aiken 2.0, but Clay came out.

Despite the fact that he’s not acknowledged his sexuality and everyone kinds of naturally assumes he’s gay, I think he makes an unofficially awesome gay role model.
He’s a very spiritual and multi-dimensional person. I feel like you could actually have interesting conversations with the man about a lot of different topics. I think he also lives with his heart.
Ricky makes a wonderful father. Such love and caring. I am really happy for him and his beautiful family.

Trust me, he’s a closet gay, like Clay Aiken used to be. An ex-music producer of records who used to work for Ricky Martin told me everybody in the music industry are aware Ricky Martin is very gay, and RM is very guarded of his sexuality, doesn’t want to disappoint his female fans.

Ricky is a child advocate and has been for many years. He has helped a lot of kids in poor places. He understands about abuse and he’s fighting to end it. Many gay men have the natural instinct and desire to become fathers. They are good people who deserve the opportunity to give love to a child love. There are too many kids w/o parents. More adoptions would help. Ricky is rich and beautiful. His boys will not miss a female influence in their lives. Maybe Martin’s longtime best female friend is helping him raise the boys. Pretty sure there are plenty of relatives around to spread the love.

I recently went to your B&W concert in Houston and was only 11 aisles down from the stage. You were wonderful! I just want to ask ppl to stay out of your life. This is great news for you, but it is your personal life, and if you don’t want the world to know, then it is okay. We pay to listen to you sing, and sometimes shake that “bom, bom”. Not wonder if your gay, single, married, pyscho, whatever? I enjoy your music and concerts. You are one of my heros, because of your willingness to save our children from horrible ppl in the world.
