OlderRicky Martin’s Twins: First Pictures!
Ricky Martin reveals the first photos of his 4-month-old baby twin boys, Valentino and Matteo, in this week’s People and Hola cover. Check out some interview snippets:
On being a hands-on parent: I don’t have a nanny. I’m doing this on my own because I don’t want to miss a moment. I have a personal assistant who helps me, someone who takes care of me while I’m taking care of them, but I’m the one who changes the diapers, the one that feeds them, the one that bathes them, the one that puts them to sleep.
On becoming a parent through surrogacy: Adoption was one option, but it’s complicated and can take a long time. Surrogacy was an intriguing and faster option. I thought, ‘I’m going to jump into this with no fear.’
On getting to know Valentino and Matteo: Valentino loves to sleep. I call him ‘Mr. Peace and Love’ because he’s so chill and serene. Matteo is more alert and active. He was up at 3 a.m. the other night and just hanging!

The twins are Gorgeous.Same big forhead as daddy.They are quite a competetition for Suri Cruise.I don’t care if he’s gay or not and with todays technology would it be looked at differently if he were a woman doing the same.Think about it.Think about these 2 innocent little babies and all the cruel things ignorant selfish people are saying .Its not fair to them.So Ricky enjoy your beautiful twins and be happy! You will never have to worry about divorce and child support…..
I would like to know if this guy is gay or straight. The way he has gone about having children definitely indicates he is gay. I used to like him but not much now.

Cute babies, im sure he is a great father. He is gay and its just so obvious but like what was said he will come out when he is good and ready but still a little sad that he wont admit what everyone knows.
Ricky, Congratulations! The babies are beautiful and they do look like you, (eyes and beautiful lips). Good luck and God bless you in raising them to be wonderful like you are. I admire how you engage in protecting children around the world. It is pretty sad that someone would want to harm a child that way. I pledge justice for those that do hurt our beautiful children around the world. Also, I’ve been a fan since “Menudo”. I recently went to your B&W concert in Houston and was only 11 aisles down from the stage. You were wonderful! I just want to ask ppl to stay out of your life. This is great news for you, but it is your personal life, and if you don’t want the world to know, then it is okay. We pay to listen to you sing, and sometimes shake that “bom, bom”. Not wonder if your gay, single, married, pyscho, whatever? I enjoy your music and concerts. You are one of my heros, because of your willingness to save our children from horrible ppl in the world. This is what ppl should be more worried about, instead of your sexuality. You are a wonderful entertainer and I look forward to your next concert in Houston. I’m also a scrapbooker, and I’ve printed a few pictures to make a scrapbook page of this wonderful event. When I’m in my crafts room, I just put one of your concert videos, and I get inspired and get to scrapbooking. Again, God bless you and your babies. They are a blessing to you, and you will be a great father to them both.
